First time for personal pickup - everything was seamless. The car was spacious enough for four adults, each w a large suitcase and a carryon. The driver was prompt, courteous, and provided a little commentary, cheerfully answering questions.

Driver was a total jerk....

Driver was a total jerk. He started calling us right after we landed before we had even gotten off the plane. My husband requires a wheelchair and because of this we were the last ones off the plane. We got to baggage claim as quick as we could. Meanwhile the driver kept calling us asking us where we were. We kept him informed. There was a mixup at baggage claim when they showed the wrong carousel. He called us again and threatened to leave us because we were taking too long! We eventually got our luggage and headed out. Then he started yelling at us because he had waited so long and now had to pay parking for an hour. He was in a big hurry because he had another fare to pick up. I looked at the information we got from Viator about how long the driver should wait for us and we were well within in the timeframe. I resent that he held us responsible for him being late for his next pickup. We moved through Heathrow as quick as we could. I’ve never been treated so rudely

The driver was late and we arrived in a foreign country and no driver waiting. He arrived about 10 minutes after we exited Customs. He was definitely NOT dressed like the driver in their advertisements. He was extremely polite, but he did not speak english very well, so communication was tough. He did not understand initially that we had 2 stops to make and his gps app was incorrect. He had to use my husbands gps. Luckily we had international service. Can was clean, driving skills were good. But arriving in another country, they should make sure they send a driver that speaks the customer’s language, which was English..

Our driver met us right after going through customs. It was such a relief to see him holding a very visible placard with our name. Our plane was delayed on the runway upon landing and he waited for us for around 45 mins. After flying all night it was a pleasure to be met by his pleasant and helpful personality. He showed us sights along the way to our hotel in London. I highly recommend this travel convenience when flying into Heathrow and traveling to London.

Good communication. However, when we arrived we had a little bit of time finding our driver as there were many with electronic little signs with your name. But after finding him he walked with us to parking structure and he got all our luggage and us to our hotel safely in the crazy traffic. Much appreciation. Would use them again.
