Driver did not meet at Heathrow as stated in reservation. Called the tour operator who told me driver was at a specific location with a signboard containing my name. Both my daughter and myself walked around that location twice look for the driver. There was nobody with a signboard with my name thereon. Ended up taking a taxi into London.

The guy was very nice, professional, on time, he showed us things along the way but when he dropped us I told him that was not the Riu it was my old hotel address and it was changed to the Riu long time ago and he said yes but the road is blocked and the Riu is just around the corner. So we got out and went around the corner to not find the Riu hotel. We had to walk with the luggages for about 25 minutes before we found the hotel. We didn’t appreciate that part. Thanks Celine

Flight landed on time but sat on the tarmac for an hour due an issue at the gate. I made a call on the plane to let them know of the delay. They made sure the driver was there waiting for us once we got through Customs and picked up our luggage.

This was a nightmare experience. We missed our plane because the train had issues. We called VIATOR and they WOULD NOT accommodate us. We had no ride from the airport and they charged us for the service we did not use. DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR!!!!

Driver was not there at arrival. After calling number given and never getting past hold music 3 times we decided to get cab. In the cab 2 hours after arrival we got call from driver service that he was arriving soon would we be there? Worse part is they blamed us and still charged us. Not good start to trip. Use a cab instead.

My flight came in at 4:15pm but my driver arrived late at 5:30pm! I am pretty sure Affordable Tours provided him with my flight info so he should have given himself extra time to get to the airport knowing the traffic condition.

We were nothing but thoroughly disappointed in this company. When we arrived at Heathrow Airport our driver was not there. We ended up having to call the company ourselves at which point they scrambled to find someone else to pick us up. When we requested a refund or compensation we were flat denied. Terrible customer care. This was by far the very worst transportation service we have ever used and would not use it again or recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.

Carlos was a great driver! He texted right around the time our flight landed, then stayed in contact until we saw him with the sign at the meeting point.
