Unprofessional

Called the night before to relay information about where to pick us up at our hotel. The driver went to the wrong place and I called to find out where he was to be informed he was at the wrong pick up. I let him know he needed to come to the taxi pick up location because he was parked illegally. He refused and told me to come out there. Two hotel bellmen brought our 6 bags around and also informed him he was in the wrong place. He argued with them. Enroute we had a jolt as he ran off the road and we immediately stopped at a test stop. Driver vacated the van with us locked inside. He had loaded the luggage after we boarded so we had to climb over the luggage to find the mechanism to open the door so we could use the facilities. Upon returning to the van the driver complained we had inadvertently caused his jacket to fall from the seat (we had to climb over) into to floor. Upon arrival at the cruise port he again parked in the wrong space. The van door opened up to oncoming traffic. He got in a shouting match with port authorities when they told him to move. He did not move and unloaded our luggage and us in the middle of oncoming vehicles. He was belligerent and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Horrible experience

The driver did not show up at our hotel as per the arrangements. Then accused us of being the ones not to be at our own hotel, and did not follow up with us to confirm location. Ended up having to book alternative arrangements and still have not received a response from the operator.

The driver ended up being 25 minutes late, after the hotel called twice on our behalf to find out where he was. When he did show up, it seemed that he wasn’t really sure about taking us. it was supposed to be a shared transfer, and we believe that that driver skipped us, and the company ended up having to find someone to transfer us in a private vehicle. Unnerving experience. Would not use them again.

Dangerous ride

Driver may have been new or sick but he drove way over speed limit in the rain and too close behind cars on the road. He coughed and sneezed the whole ride potentially exposing riders to illness. At the port he didn’t know where to go and a passenger had to help him find proper drop off berths. Scary dangerous ride!!!!!!!!

Our trip from our hotel to the port was excellent. Santos our driver was knowledgeable and very funny. Very accommodating and patient. I’m hoping he will be the same driver who will pick us up after our cruise from port to our hotel.

I asked to be picked up at 9:00am as wanted to get to Southhampton prior to our cruise. Instead we did not leave London until 11:00 after picking up many other passengers after our pickup at 9:00. For the price of two seats(421.00 dollars) I was expecting better service.

Update the length of time it takes to get from London to the cruise port

The driver was perfectly fine- but we almost missed our ship because the 90 minutes the tour said it would take took almost 4 hours. We spoke the a representative at the cruise line and they said it always takes at least 3 hours even without any accidents to get to the cruise port from London. You need to update your information online.
