What To Expect

Choose the morning or afternoon departure time that best suits your schedule, and depart from London Victoria in a luxurious Mercedes coach with FREE Wi- Fi for the 1-hour journey to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter.

On arrival, your guest services assistant will arrange your entrance ticket. Head inside the studios and on a self-guided tour see original sets, props, and costumes from the Harry Potter movies. Stroll upon the quaint cobbles of Diagon Alley, observing the colorful row of shops for familiar facades such as Gringotts Wizarding Bank and Olivanders Wand Shop; gain insight into the special effects that created visual spectacles in the Great Hall and Dumbledore’s office; and visit the Ministry of Magic to learn of the mythical rules that govern the magical microcosm of Harry Potter.

Great venue! The studio offers a not too long and yet not too short tour. Most of the exhibits are beautiful and interesting. Very good experience for kids but also for their parents. Do mind the rather long drive from London. The studio’s location is not ideal.

All the different sets were beautiful and I loved butterbeer, but towards the end I had to rush through them because the Evan evans tour bus was leaving at 4:30pm

The experience was great if you are a Harry Potter Fan. We really enjoyed it and thought the tour was awesome. We left wanting more! The only downside was that due to the time of the bus leaving to head back, we finished the tour and waited close to two hours in the lobby to leave. It would have worked out better if it was an hour earlier. Altogether would recommend for sure, just take your time on the tour so you don’t have to wait at the end. We didn’t do the audio but that may have helped slow us down.

the trip is so wonderful and amazing. The tour bus is very nice and tour is well organized. Meeting points is at their office location. we were able to have a nice waiting room and toilet before we departed.

The actual tour was good. However the person who I guess you could call a tour guide seemed disinterested in the tour and said nothing but fasten your seatbelts and what time to pick be back by the bus.

Transportation was good, got there and back relatively easily. The tour operators weren't the friendliest and super inviting but it didn't affect the actual experience once we got off the bus. Overall solid experience when referring to the bus and tour operators, but slight improvements good increase the experience.

The shuttle bus AC is too weak. Other than that, all is good. Staff is friendly. The operation is on time. Easy to find and go.

Amazing and comfortable

Operator was friendly and organized. We were running late and phoned. They told us they would not wait. We probably had 2-5 minutes to spare for departure. Return bus was more crowded than the departure. Studio is beautiful and the animatronic and art exhibits brilliant.

Harry Potter Tour experience

Overall experience is fine. Superior transport as mentioned is no way closer to be superior, seats were cramped and non AC ( considering the weather as it was sultry) . They were very punctual and got us back 30 mins before 8PM. Your experience was amazing. Booking directly on the website of WB would make more sense if you can travel by yourself. I felt in Viator it is overpriced especially given the bus experience.

The day before I went to a Evans Evans office and they told me I needed to be in Russel Square at 13:00 and the guy would give me my ticket. The next day we went to Russel Square and we couldnt find it, as there is no sign or clue to where the Bus stop is. Luckly we found a couple who where waiting there and ask them. The bus was fine. The trip from Russel Square to the park is a little far away but it was ok. The park is amazing! No words can describe how beautiful it is. Once in a lifetime experience for a true Harry Potter fan! We couldn’t finish the tour before the pic up time, so we decided to stay longer in the park to finish everything nicely and we got a uber home. Thanks anyways Evans Evans for this amazing experience.

The Hogwarts model at the end took my breath away. I've wanted Harry Potter's world to be real from the first book and the model entertained that fantasy. It was beyond words.

Great HP experience with some caveats

Touring the studio itself was a great experience. Lots to see, and if you’re an avid Harry Potter fan, there actually may not be enough time. We weren’t able to get anything from the gift shop as the line-up was long and we had to give up after 15 minutes, else we would have missed our bus trip back. I’d recommend planning accordingly. The bus journeys to and from were comfortable. The bus on the way back didn’t have USB charging (something that was stated to be included in the package). The operator said that’s something they cannot guarantee. I’d advise having a backup for this (e.g. portable charger) in case your phone battery is low/dead from all the picture/video taking. Overall, would recommend this trip with the above planning suggestions.

I was expecting a tour. What we got instead was a silent bus ride to a museum without a guide, with a general admission ticket that didn't even include an audio guide.

The whole experience was so simple. The tour instructor was clear and where to go and how to meet back up. The wristbands allowed us to just glide in and not have to show tickets either. Definitely recommend

Transportation and tour company was horrible, Harry Potter tour was great.

I am leaving a bad review because of the transportation. I paid extra for a Superior Transport from London. It was supposed to have A/C, Wifi, and USB Charging. It didn’t have any of those things. Evans Evans pulled a bait and switch to get extra money. Be aware of this company. My friend also got her portable powerbank stolen on the bus.

The Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter Tour was worth every minute and highly recommended for both hardcore and even not as ardent fans of HP. However, brace yourself for a bus experience too and fro similar to the HP Knight Bus. Solution: Dramamine
