My wife and I were uncomfortable on back seats plus I was seated to an obese lady who took most of my seat space. We had to wait for a person who was late additional 10 minutes. Operators did not care if we were comfortable. Requested Spanish guide through Viator and Spanish guide was off for that day (notified when we arrived)

I decided to add this two hour tour with enough time to catch my train. They were about a half hour behind to begin. When we were finally boarded, the vehicle was old and not in good condition (at least one seat belt I saw was broken). The driver looked unkept (a stoner?) and many of the sites he pointed out were of marginal interest to me as a boomer. He didn’t get to Mulholland Drive until two hours was almost up and subsequently exceeded the time, likely making the next tour even later.

Went on this trip with my friend, and I would not recommend. We booked online via Viator, and when we arrived at the destination we were turned away by two staff members as they couldn’t work out if the tour we had paid for was their tour. Finally a lady said it was the correct tour but then proceeded to talk on her phone while we were talking to her and walking away so we were anxious that we were going to miss our actual tour, even though we arrived 15 minutes early to be cautious. We had to badger them to get an answer and it turned out we had in fact booked their tour and the company was just unorganised, which was not a great start. We then went to the tour bus which was beaten and had no seatbelts, where the tour guide didn’t introduce myself for the first 10 minutes driving in a circle so we felt awkward and the energy was just flat. The company needs to implement a no talking on the phone policy as many people on the tour were on the phone (which is not the company’s fault), however meant we couldn’t hear the tour guide for a lot of the trip, who was happy to shout at people and be rude if they weren’t ‘listening’ but it was just because people couldn’t hear, which I understand was not his fault. But he told people off and shouted if he thought they weren’t listening which made me feel like a schoolchild being scolded by a teacher, and the company was so unorganised which made it a stressful experience. One plus side was the route was great and they offered a stop at the Beverly Hills sign which was the best part. The tour took a great route to see rodeo drive, Beverly Hills and mulholland but it is the same route as other tours. If you are looking for a tour like this, your best bet is to go to the ones on the walk of fame by the el capitan Theatre and trying to haggle a price as they will do offers and discounts, and you can probably find seatbelts as well, do not book this tour online.

Spanish-language tour with no Spanish

My husband is a native Spanish speaker, so I signed up for this tour because it was offered in both English and Spanish. When we got in the tour, which started 20 minutes late, no Spanish was offered.

Informative and knowledgeable guide, very worn vehicle with no useable seatbelt fir one of our party, when we asked about this we were told that you won't get stopped and it's not important although four travel insurance would have thought different.

Overall I am not pleased with this tour. The driver was polite and engaged but hit another vehicle while merging. Up until this tour my son, nor I, had ever been in a fender bender and I’m disappointed to say that I spent money for that experience. The driver, however, was knowledgeable and she was friendly. I will attest to that. She had lots of interesting information, was humorous, and did have the hard task of navigating aggressive L.A traffic. Not sure I will be doing this tour again when we come back for our next visit.

Unpleasant experience with the driver making “fun” remarks about us people doing the tour. Even though my discomfort was pretty evident that didn’t stop the driver to keep doing his “jokes”.

Disappointed tour

The tour outcome was totally dispointing. The descriptoon of viator is far away for the reality. We did not stay closer to the holliwood sign, we didn't visit the fame start walk (just pass by car) and mostly of the 2 hours was based in where the famous people live. The stops wasn't were indicated either (well, actually is was one-single stop in berbelly hills of 10 min). Also, the crazy and fast driving difficulted to take some good pictures, even when the own driver made the shpt. If you are interested in see and enjoy places on holliwood in a relaxed way, this is not your tour, if otherwise you want to see the outside part of houses where famous live, you can really enjoyed it. Unfortunately it wasn't my case.

The itinerary provided was a joke. There were no stops as detailed (and confirmed prior to booking). Seriously consider another company than this one, maybe cost a little more but you get what was advertised; unless you prefer being driven around neighborhoods of "famous so-and-so houses." :/
