We enjoyed the commentary and recommendations from our tour guide, James. He was funny and kept the energy up. He also recommended some great places to eat as well as spend more time at. We had a good time and saw plenty of L.A. in one day than we would have if we had tried to do it on our own.

Ana, the Operations Manager was "very nice" not to mention patient. We were 10 minutes late, and she waited for us. Finally, we got in the van, and off we went. The Tour was very nice. It shows you a lot of the city, particularly, for first-time visitors. 5 1/2 hours well spent for sure. Our driver Chellsee was "very informative and knowledgeable". As well, she was amiable and had a very good "sense of humor", which in turn is very important when dealing with people from some places in the U.S. and International visitors. We were delayed for our trip. The representative of your company try to help, but I finally made it to the next job and rest of the trip was good. However, the vehicle was too small to accommodate all those people. It was a bit crammed. You need to use a bigger vehicle.
