We had a great time on our tour. Our guide was so fun - knowledgeable & funny. He told many stories & all about the areas we were in.

Worth the money for a quick overview of the area.

This is a quick tour that gives a good overview of Hollywood, Beverly Hills and surrounding area. You see lots of famous places and homes belonging to the Stars. Our guide Roger was amazing and really made the tour. He’s from the area, very knowledgeable, obviously had done his own research on sites and sharing with his tour.

I was able to change my reservation from 1 pm to 12. The staff was great at assisting with the change. The tour guide began great and then it slowed down. It was done at 1:30, which was 30 minutes less than what we had paid for.

It is an old car, not as seen in the photo, you only spend two hours in all the areas that the tour mentions, but you don't even get off to take a photo anywhere. It was not what I expected

We took the tour and had lots of information and laughter. Sammy, who was our driver and guide, was really fun and informative. I think he made it worthwhile. We took it on a cold, foggy day in Southern California but couldn’t see too many views of mountains or the Hollywood sign but he made it so much fun that we never really missed it.

The young motorbike drivers who surrounded the van as soon as we left from Sunset Boulevard , it was purely accidently that they left at the same time but it almost felt like we were escorted by them .

George was great lots of info on areas we visited and good Stories. The only negative was a sign asking for a tip of $8 to $20 per person. We tipped $20 for 3 of us but thought sign was not necessary .

Very poor customer service. The person in the office seemed uncaring and The shopping area was messy and unorganized, the restroom was very dirty, the toilet paper available was wet and sitting in a wet puddle of questionable origin. We had to jaywalk to reach our tour bus. And I felt forced to give the driver a tip.

Just right! Had it not been for the blustering cold wind, this was a truly great tour in the comfort of the bus with commentary over the PA. It was also good to get the break in the middle to get out and walk around close to Rodeo drive. Highly recommended even for locals who've never snooped around celebrity homes!

Lacking for this offer is giving time to take picture of the signature place. out of the tour its only 1 stop for picture. Hope they could take time for glance of taking picture of the scenetic view.

Waste of money

It was pouring and miserable. Universal should allow ticket exchange for another day so folks can enjoy the experience. I paid $800 for my family to spend minimal time there because of the conditions. A total waste of money.

I know this is a relatively inexpensive tour, and you get what you pay for. Our driver only shared about maybe 10 or so famous peoples houses if that. There was a lot of silence on the drive. I have done the hop on hop off bus in Hollywood. It was so informative. I expected this to be just as informative. It was not. Our driver could have filled the time with stories, or old movie stars homes. Perhaps do your comptetitors tours to get more facts to share. Basically this was a nice drive where we zoomed past a few famous peoples homes. We did not tip the driver, he certainly didnt earn a tip on our adventure.
