Easy way to travel from LAX. I got sms and mails regarding the booking to help me understand how it will work. I was able to communicate with the driver via whatsapp through LAX free wifi after landing. Jun was already at the parking lot and I just need to tell him once I picked up my baggage and which section he will fo the pick up. He offered drinks and free phone charging. I will definitely book again.

Really terrible. The car wasn't at the airport when we arrived although he said he would be. We waited for at least 10 minutes. He told a lie about having been moved on by the police and needing to go around. The vehicle reeked of tobacco to the point where we felt unwell.

Seamless airport transfer

We reserved one-way transfer from LAX airport to our home at 9:40pm. Communication from Viator was very good. They kept me informed and gave me cell phone # and name of the driver who would pick us up so we can communicate directly with him. Also when I had questions they had an easy way to contact them via a link they had sent me in an email. It was late at night and I got a response within minutes. The driver was also responsive and kept in touch with us, he sent us description of his car and his license # and was on time to pick us up. Everything was seamless, we would highly recommend this service.

Véhicule très sale et vieux … ne pas réserver!

Le chauffeur était très gentil et conduisait de manière sécuritaire. Parcontre l’état du véhicule était lamentable et c’est peu dire . Le véhicule était rouiller et extrêmement sale rien à voir avec la photo présentée sur votre site. La voiture était une caravane Toyota de plus de 10 ans. À l’intérieur l’odeur de cigarette et d’ail était tellement épouvantable que l’on a dû faire le trajet avec une fenêtre baissée à la pluie ! J’ai régulièrement utilisé Viator et je n’ai jamais eut ce type de service avant ! Extrêmement déçu !!!
