😭😭😭😭 nos dejaron espersndo espero que la llamada este Gravada y me devuelvan Mi dinero total, yo les dije que queria que me recogieran en el Hotel y me dieron que si que me recogian y me dejaban, yo estaba de vacaciones solo tenia que estar lista a Las 4 en la entrada del hotel, results que no que no podian recogerme who, y no no fuimos al tour

As a company that has been in business for over a decade, communication is everything, and it's part of what has built our incredible reputation. We can take constructive criticism when it's warranted, but your review is not in that realm. We've taken the time to lay out over a dozen spots here on the TripAdvisor booking platform for West Hollywood and Beverly Hills where we can start the tours. You chose a location that is about 1.5 hours south of our city. We immediately let you know that was not an option, and suggested great local locations. We sent 2 more follow up messages, attempted to call the phone number you provided, and called Viator representatives to contact you. You did not respond to any of these attempts. This was over a 15-day period. You waited to call Viator just 19 minutes before your scheduled tour time, and demanded to be picked up at your desired venue or that you would cancel and request a refund. This is hard on a small business in the middle of their busiest season, and your review is unfair for potential future guests looking to book our services.
