Stops are often a block or two away from the place they are promoting, so make sure you can comfortably walk tat distance before getting off, or you could be stuck there for uptown 90mins in some cases.

Sometimes takes longer than 30min wait to catch the next bus but overall a great service.

If you leave on last bus you can only do the loop if you get off you'll need to find own way back to Hollywood Beverly Hills etc

Would NOT recommend the hop on hop off in LA to ANYONE. The bussed TAKE FOREVER to pass by. We waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes for the bus to come, ended up requesting and Uber. For us this was definitely a waste of money. We have done Hop-On-Hop-Off in Rome, Paris and San Francisco the most time it takes between busses is 20 to 30 minutes; 1 hour and a half is a ridiculous amount of time!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS!!!! NOT WORTH IT!

Jamie our driver was great but the tour itself was embarrassingly outdated. As an example, we drove past Vanderpump restaurant Pump (closed for several months now) and the tour audio was talking about it as we also drove by TomTom (new Vanderpump restaurant still actually open) and nothing was mentioned. We also drove past the offices used in Selling Sunset, no audio mention. It’s just lazy and a total rip-off to see LA spots the tour mentions as being relevant in the 80’s. Nothing modern at all.

A last minute booking made online. So happy we did this. Wish we had more time for the multiple day pass. Well worth the money. Got to see more than I would have. Would do it again and recommend to everyone new to the city. Sunblock required for my skin and then someone warm for the end of day if you are traveling into the beach area.

This tour was a nice way to get to see other parts of LA. I liked that you could hop on & off so you can get off at stops and explore. Some of the stops were late but I’m glad they had a number to call & I spoke with a live representative each time our group needed directions!

It is an ok tour but bring your patience. The attendant gave us the time to be at the pole for the tour start. We were there 10min early and there were two busses waiting. After waiting an additional 30min a third bus pulls up and the driver yells out the door to board that one. Everyone took off running and it was mass chaos. You will also spend a ton of time waiting for busses at the stops. It honestly is better to take the subway to the major destinations and walk around than waste your $50 waiting for these busses. Pros- commentary was good and the drivers were friendly.

It was a cold day and it was freezing on the bus, especially when we were going fast on the highway. We only hopped on once all day, from China Town to the Dolby Theater. We saw another bus for a Hollywood Tour, but couldn't stand the idea of another ride like the one we had. Plus bathroom breaks need to be taken into consideration more .

The weather in LA was amazing despite areas with snow and rain over the past weeks. The Starline seating up top was uncomfortable if you're over 5 feet tall. The driver was often rude and impatient. The sites was good and audio informative. I think next time I'd rather book with a private tour guide business foran all day tour. At $49, I got what I paid for...which wasn't much🥱

Bad experience

- first the driver hit a tree and almost knocked people out, didn’t stop to check. We moved downstairs where it was safer please see attached the photo of the tree inside the bus . - second we stop at Venus beach stop and we told by the driver she would be back in 45 min we were back in time with another passenger, we ended up waiting 90min before calling and was advise the bus has been back but clearly it hadn’t . We called again after the 2:27 bus didn’t arrive by this stage there was 8 people waiting, we were then told there was accident and it be another 30min but meanwhile other buses companies were picking up people. This is unacceptable and for a get on and get off bus tour I wouldn’t be recommending it to anyone.
