    Great intro to Downtown LA. Phil was tour guide was excellent. Great knowledge and entertaining stories of the area. All the history was fascinating, Angels Flight, the Bradbury Building, Grand Central Market, and which movies were shot where. Highly recommend

    Phil wad an excellent guide. My family was born and raised in So Cal and wanted to learn a little more about Los Angeles. Phil has a wealth of knowledge in the area and we found the experience very informative and entertaining. The audience was 30+ but i think it would be fun for all ages.

    Phil was a terrific guide. He gave insight to how LA came about and went into great detail about some of the architecture and places that are still great landmarks today, like the park and Market. We followed his lead and had a great meal at the Market and visited the The Last Book Store. Phil is a great orator. He answered all our questions and it was a great first day in LA!

    With an unexpected open day, my husband and I decided to do this guided walking tour. As others have said, Phil was a great guide with lots of interesting and entertaining information about what we were seeing. We couldn't have picked a better way to spend a beautiful sunny day.     Phil was a lovely guide around DTLA - he was personable, fun, interesting and very knowledgable. I live in LA but have never done a tour so it was cool to learn some new facts about this wild city I call home! Even my reluctant 11 year old son thought it was a good time. His stories about the streets and buildings held our interest and gave us background we would rarely get in such a big chunk.
