Pickup details

Unlike for other ride share services, you do NOT need to take the Green Bus at LAX to be serviced by our company - we are exempt from it. We can pick you up at the curb, right outside the terminal. When booking a private transfer from the Los Angeles (LAX) Airport to LA City Center and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Service animals allowed
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We showed up at the airport called the number that was given to us, and was told that he had a late pick up someone else was coming. We waited and no one showed up. I had a bad knee and had to hobble onto the bus to go to the taxi stand. Called them for a refund and got a call from the owner saying that I was picked up. Driver said he picked up a middle-age woman with a white suitcase. I am an Asian woman traveling with my Asian daughter with a blue and black suitcase. When asked about my refund, he said the car service will have to deal with That

The driver was very polite, did his best to accommodate us, we were 4 adults travelling with 8 suitcases and 4 carry on....the vehicule that was provided to us , which I did at time of booking advise we had many suitcases....since we were going on a cruise and would be gone for more than 3 weeks....We were told by the driver that there would be a extra fee of 30.00 for the extra bagages...since it was said we had 2 suitcases....not a good beginning for a trip...beside that the ride was fine.

Highly recommended! I enjoyed every second of the tour. A must for True crime fans and old hollywood scandal nerds. My only complaint is I wish it was longer. I could have done a full day with this group! Would easily go again! Best of luck to you guys!

Transportation was hassle free

This pick up service worked well for us (December 2022) and our transportation to our hotel from LAX was smooth and uneventful. It is really important to read the instructions for pick up carefully so that you can contact the driver and avoid unnecessary waiting but these instructions were clear on the booking information. On arrival at LAX our driver had texted his location and included a picture of the car with registration for identification. I was concerned my phone would not work and had contacted the agent who told me that the airport had free internet so I could access the WhatsApp.message. This is a busy airport so there may be some waiting around while the driver comes from his parking place to collect you: we waited 20Mins from contacting him at the baggage collection. The driver was friendly and courteous and helped with our luggage at the hotel. We would definitely use this service again.

Very convenient pick up. Received a text from my driver introducing himself as well as where and how to meet. He asked for a description of clothing I was wearing so he could spot me easily which I thought was brilliant. Very friendly and professional driver. Upon arrival to my hotel he insisted on taking my luggage into the hotel for me!!!

Worst experience ever

Worst airport pick up I have ever experienced. No meet and greet, the phone number provided to contact the driver didn’t work. They eventually called me 40mins late after Viator got involved. We finally got picked up and the driver took us to the wrong address somewhere very dangerous and unsafe. When I said that was not right he tried to blame me for giving the wrong address, I did not. Our hotel in Beverly Hills confirmed the address we provided was correct. The company told me I would have to pay extra to get to the correct address. To which I had to agree to or get dumped on the side of the freeway with my 10 yr old daughter in a dangerous part of LA. Once we arrived at the hotel, I gave the driver what I thought was a generous 20% tip giving the experience (I just wanted to get away) he then demanded that I give him more, which equated to 40%. I still feel sick about the whole thing. Wish I just caught an Uber. Do not use.

Don’t waste your money. Just order an Uber when you arrive. I thought booking this service would make my life easier but it was more difficult. The drive didn’t answer our calls, the operator just kept transferring our call to the driver. The car we got picked up in was not a nice sedan it was dirty and the boot of the car was full of stuff that we had to put our luggage on top of. Definitely do not recommend. Was a waste of money and time.

Chaotic. The link didn’t work to find the car. When I did manage to speak to someone they said they’d waited and then gone. They would come back for an extra $30 dollars! After spending around £180 for a one way transfer which is extortionate in any case, with three tired teenagers after an 11 hour flight this was poor. I could also hear the phone operator’s colleague challenging what I was saying, including swearing about me, which I won’t repeat here. I have booked lots of tours and transfers with Viator, but this is making me rethink who they are using on their books as third party partners.

This was a debacle. Driver nowhere to be found. Had to seek assistance from the police to contact Head Office. Driver finally located and was unwilling to come into terminal. We arranged to meet driver by a pillar outside. Upon arrival he demanded additional an additional cash payment or he would leave us. I will be taking this matter further.
