      Went to Universal for the very first time, thought it was going to be a wonderful experience until they closed over half the rides and several restaurants either closed early, or didn't even bother to open. The studio tour was good, but that is about as much fun as I had - definitely not worth the $380 + I had paid to go :(

      Universal never closes and tickets are not refundable so we went during the tropical storm. When we got there we took this ticket and upgraded to VIP for additional 200 each. I would recommend just doing that from the start. Even on a nice day!

      We enjoyed the express passes but the pass only available once per ride unless it is upgraded at the park. Would have been nice to know that in advance.

      Worth spending the extra money for the express tickets as did nit have to wait in the queue on any of the interesting rides or the studio tour. Would highly recommend this for anyone with kids

      Mario world misleading information. Paid 43$ dollars for the play band just to wait in long Lines. You have to receive 3 keys in order to make it to the final round which is a 75 minute wait or longer just to do the ride/exhibit.

      So sorry We had trouble getting into the park was able to retrieve the tickets. Over of 1500 and we only got 1 hour in the park before things closed down!

      Definitely worth the extra money for the express line ticket. Without this, I doubt we would have managed to complete all the rides, due to the length of the queues. Worth staying for the light show in the evening at the Harry Potter Castle, a must see!

      Rides, shows closed. Pricing very expensive. Fast pass good for one ride on each ride. Do not feel fast passes are worth the added expense.

      I took my sister to Universal Studios for her birthday and I thought it would be fun to get the express pass so we didn’t have to wait in line. Her and I had so much fun and I would definitely call this experience a 10 out of 10..

      Our flight got canceled due to weather conditions, so we missed going to universal studios. Viator declined to refund or even reschedule the trip to a different day. It was my daughters BD and Christmas gift. Very disappointing

      Totally worth it! Lines were 2 hours+ for every ride. Go early to catch a couple of rides without using the pass. That way you can go on your favourite rides more than once. I recommend the Jurassic Park ride, The Mummy ride and the Transformers ride for thrill seekers
