Was very disappointing because I made plans around the tour but they didn’t show up. Was supposed to start at 2pm I was there in the meeting point and sent a message at 2.02pm asking where they were. Never got a reply and still waiting for the refund. Have taken over 20 twenty tours with viator never had this experience

Manuel was the best part of our tour. We loved that he shared a story of the people of Florence, especially the Medici family and their influence of the Renaissance. Manuel had a large group yet always made sure to make sure everyone could hear and understand him. His English was great and we learned so much about how the Renaissance came to be and the Medici gained so much power and influence. We appreciated all the details of Florence and what it might have looked like and felt during the different times. Manuel truly made it a memorable and informative experience.
