Aline was a great guide in this phenomenal walking tour! We enjoyed the sights, leaning about the history, and taking the boat tour at the end (a great way to warm up if doing this tour in the winter). If you can, book the tour with the wine and cheese extension. That was a great way to end the day. Highly recommend this tour!

Luis was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and charismatic tour guide! A tour with him gave us a great understanding of the city and tips on how to enjoy it even more. The boat ride was also a nice addition. Worth every penny (or franc rather!).

The wonderful tour

Our tour guide was Aline. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour with her. We walked around the whole town of Lucerne. The view from the top of the hill was amazing. The boat tour was included and was breathtaking as well. Lucerne is a beautiful city full of history and charm. I definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide was amazing! We went around the old town and saw all the towers and walked on both wooden bridges. He pointed not only historical buildings but also provided tips on what to do, where to eat, etc.

Luis and Aline were knowledgeable and professional. They even personalized our experience to get us to places off the beaten track. You can certainly ride the boat and self guide through the center but they enhanced our experience. We would definitely recommend them.

Luis was an excellent guide. We basically had a personalized tour since others didn’t show. He even got us boat tickets for the next day since it started to rain. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor!

First Time in Lucerne Walking and Boat Tour

Luis was an excellent local guide who was very knowledgeable as he took us on a walking tour of Lucerne. We covered the major landmarks of the city. He was good at sizing up the level of energy of our group and tailoring our walk accordingly. The included one hour boat tour of Lake Lucerne with an audio guide was a fun way to see the lake and the beautiful properties on the lake.

Great views and information on Lucerne

Super fun package. Lots of great views and history regarding Lucerne from our guide. Although be careful in terms of what you sign up for as wine portion which we did was really light on the wine but the settings was awesome. If you do the wine portion you don't get the other portion or vice versa. Would have been most helpful to know that ahead of time or at the start of the tour.

It is described clearly that it includes "one glass per person" Sorry it was not enough for you, we know the Swiss wine is delicious:).
