Einfach nur unseriös

Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern eine Bustour nach Paris gebucht, das Ticket - sogar mehrmals - erhalten und wurden aber nicht wie vereinbart abgeholt. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen Kontakt aufzunehmen - telefonisch und auch per Mail und Messenger - haben wir aufgegeben. Nach 2 Tagen wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass die Tour im September nicht stattfindet und wir uns selbst umschauen müssen, dass wir das Geld zurück bekommen. Sowas ist einfach nur unseriös und inakzeptabel. Ich rate jedem ab hier etwas zu buchen. Leider haben wir andere schlechte Bewertungen nicht so ernst genommen wie wir eigentlich hätten sollen, dann wäre uns der Ärger erspart geblieben.
