About a minute before you arrive at the location look on the left side of the road for a big bright yellow sign that says Maui Mountain Activities Parking. A Guide will arrive a few minutes before check-in to escort you to another part of the ranch where the horses and ATVs are located.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This is great for any level of rider because they do a great job of training.

If you want to go fast you have the option but you can also enjoy the scenery and still have the off road experience!

Good journey through the terrain of Hawaii

Completed this excursions with my 11 year old son. Must be 17 to drive so we were in a side by side ATV. Single riders rode 4 wheelers. Guides gave great instructions at the beginning of the ride to get you comfortable with the equipment. We did two stops along the way. The first was at the top of a mountain where you have a great view of the island including views used in then movie Jurassic Park. The second is down on cliffs next to the ocean. They provide some facts about the island at each stop. The terrain is definitely rough and they do limit the speed to which you can go. The actual driving time is probably closer to 30 min. They did allow a short run at the end to “gun it” up a hill at full speed which was nice. Be prepared to get dusty. We were covered with dirt at the end.

Great activity. Well managed and just the right length of time so you can enjoy the rest of the day in Maui. You can choose to ride your own ATV but if you want to take pictures, select the 2 person vehicle. Looking forward to horse riding next visit.

I went with my fiancé and friends. We did this experience when it was lightly raining. The course gave us a glimpse of East Maui. The trail is not flat land, it provides rugged terrain. An interesting sight to behold were the horses and the wild peacocks that surrounded us near to ATV station. Definitely worth it!

This is a must excursion. The guides were awesome. The stops they have for us to take a break and take photos were the best! Adventurous and fun. My son had the time of his life. The only thing as a warning.....they come to get you at a designated spot to have you follow to the ranch (very bumpy).

My husband and I booked this tour before I got in an accident that resulted in a broken tibia and sprained ACL. The entire crew was unbelievably accommodating! Each of them made sure I felt ok on the 4 wheeler and hauled my crutches along so I could get off and enjoy the scenery. They were all so patient and kind! We’ve ridden 4 wheelers our whole lives and this was such a fun, beautiful tour with incredible views!

I expected off-roading in the mountains, but did not expect the beautiful views in the mountains and the background of the land and plants. Our tour guides were really knowledgeable and great. We also got to ride down the mountain to the ocean which was really breathtaking, while watching whales pop out of the water. Definitely 10/10 experience and would reccomend for anyone visiting the island.

It was a beautiful setting, the staff were super nice and helpful, but the ride was only about 40 minutes of actual drive time and we were expecting 90 minutes. It was a very slow paced ride as well.

My husband and I had a great time! The trails were fun, great for beginners. And the morning’s weather was perfect for a ride. Guides were really nice and friendly. Only downside was that the actual riding time was pretty short. Between two scenic stops, we were both just getting into our stride when the tour came to an end. Would have loved a longer option. The kitties eating breakfast together at the starting point was one of the highlights of our trip. They’re really cute!
