Meet up is at Olowalu Beach Reserve, Olowalu. We will text your cell phone with a pinned google map location the day before the tour. You will see a green toyota tacoma in the parking lot. If you need to catch an Uber then book the day before (not the morning of).

No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Individual weight limit is strictly 220 lbs due to the nature of our clear kayaks. If you weigh over 220 lbs, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. This is for your own safety. We have 1 single non-clear kayak available per trip that doesn't have such a strict weight limit. This needs to be reserved ahead of time. It is company policy for our tour guides to weigh each individual using scales at the meeting location on the day of the tour. If you report your weight incorrectly and then weigh over the limit on the day then we will not be able to accommodate you and you will receive no refund. Please contact us if you have questions about weight distribution before booking.

Weight limit for tandem kayak is 420 lbs *Individual weight limit of 220 lbs still applies. You will automatically be assigned a tandem kayak for a booking of 2 adults. We are a small company and only have a limited number of clear kayaks for each tour.
If you have ANY medical conditions we need to be made aware of for your safety (including if you are pregnant) or if you have dietary restrictions then please advise us of this via email.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Our guide was great! Made the experience even more memorable. Our favorite tour the whole time here. Saw whales, monk seals, turtles and a ton of coral and fish. It was a calm day on the ocean with beautiful weather! Couldn’t have asked for more.

A different way to view the coral reef and fish, maybe even a turtle

Glass bottomed boats are great for viewing in addition to the snorkeling. However they need a better way to identify their location for meeting. No signs or people telling you where they are in the parking area. They also did not check the equipment before handing it out . We ended up with a children's set that had to be replaced after we were on the water. Inspire of this a very different and good experience.

Very sorry to hear that you were handed a child set of gear but I am glad the situation was rectified before you snorkelled. Apologies about the parking. The state of Maui will not allow us kayak and snorkel companies to put a sign up. Our tour guides wait at the entrance of the car park at 6:45am to direct people to parking. I apologize the guide was not waiting when you arrived as he must have been busy with other guests. We are now parking at a different location, opposite a mile marker on the highway, so I send photos of that to our guests in a text message prior to their tour. This tour was amazing!! The clear kayaks took it to a whole new level of ocean adventure! The snorkeling spot was amazing! Tons of sea life and lots of turtles that were not afraid to get up close and personal!! Our guide Javier was the best! He made us all feel very comfortable and guided us throughout the trip with a gentle sense of calm and sense of humor. He also got some incredible under water photos of us to take home some unforgettable memories!

Honeymoon Highlight1

This tour was one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Maui! We loved the small group atmosphere (10 people) and our guides Curtis and Tiffany were incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. We loved seeing the ocean under our kayak and even saw a sea turtle swim beneath us! Everyone participated in the snorkeling portion of the trip, despite my own hesitation of being in the water. However Tiffany and Curtis made sure I was comfortable before entering the water and when getting back into my kayak. One moment of note was when my husband's Apple Watch band broke and fell into the water during the snorkeling portion of the tour. Tiffany and Curtis located it in the water and recovered the watch for him! We couldn't ask for anything better for our tour!

My husband and I were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We snorkeled on our honeymoon in Barbados and wanted to snorkel again. Our adventure in HI was a great experience.! Curtis and Javier were terrific, and we would highly recommend booking with them. They are a class act—so kind and helpful to everyone in our group. If you have never kayaked or have younger kids (not sure on age limits), they will make sure you have a safe and enjoyable time. They also kept excellent communication with us the day before to let us know where to park. Javier took lots of high-quality snorkeling pictures and offered them all digitally for a very reasonable price (BTW, saw amazing turtles, fish and vegetation!). Perfect experience all around. Can’t recommend these guys enough for all ages and skill levels. Y’all will not regret it.
