Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Shizen made us feel very at home and we trusted his judgement on what would look best. Just felt like walking on a beach with a friend taking photos. Keep in mind though cost is a deposit and the real cost depends on how many photos wanted but a great experience nonetheless.

They owner, Frank, kept in touch very well on all information that was needed and to confirm and give us the contact info of our photographer. Our photographer was excellent! The photographer had us at multiple areas on the beach starting with dry location shots and ending in wet locations. If you want to get wet bring another set of clothes with you! It's definitely worth it. You must have it done!
