Overview

Surf lessons can sometimes be intimidating when there’s only one instructor for a big group. This group surf lesson on Ka'anapali Beach makes sure only one instructor is assigned to three students tops, so you can get the attention you want and need from a lesson. First, spend time on the beach learning surfing techniques in a safe environment, and then hit the water once you feel confident to tackle waves. All equipment, as well as a 3-hour parking validation are included with this Hawaii surf class.

    Check in at the "Ocean Activities" booth located along the beach walk at The Whaler's Village Shopping Center between Leilani's Restaurant and The Westin Resort. (Check in 30 min prior to your lesson). There is also a limited amount of free beach parking between The Westin and Whaler's Village.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Horrible experience. Canceled my trip for zero reason. Perfect weather, but called 12 hours before and said they canceled my trip and I should rebook for next week. DO NOT TRUST THEM

this is my first time surfing with my friends, and I don't feel the lesson is very descriptive or informative. The surfing coach was facing a big group and his voice is just too far and too small for me to hear. It seems the surfing coach does not care so much about how me and my friends were doing as well
