so many fantastic views and the running commentary by Jay was terrific. he also took the time to get to know us a bit and was able to fit his tour to our likes. the "secret spots" that Jay knew and his easy going character made it a real pleasure.

Makana was an amazing driver. We all loved his stories and understanding of the history and culture that makes this place so magical. The fruit and foods all were amazing. If I would recommend anything is try to keep a good pace or you might miss some really beautiful sights.

Our guide, Kaipo, was excellent! I can’t begin to say enough great things about him! He gave us so much information about the local culture and kept us entertained with great stories. He also got to know us and what we were interested in hearing about and seeing. This was our favorite tour while in Maui made even better due to Kaipo!! We even got to see Kaipo do a cannonball off the one cliff we visited!

Mana was AWESOME! Top tour of our vacation. Very knowledgeable of the area. Not only did you get to do the road to Hana it also felt like a food tour as well. Would highly recommend that you consider doing this tour.. Definitely a 5 star tour. For a family of 5 with kids he kept us entertained and it was nice to have the one on one experience.

If you could only pick one tour to do on your holiday, you should make sure this is it. This was by far our favourite tour of our whole holiday in Hawaii, our tour guide Jay made the day excellent and so much fun. He was very knowledgeable about the the road to Hana and Hawaii as well, and made the day a once in a lifetime experience. Jay tailored the day for what we wanted as it's just us and the tour guide for the whole day. He knew the places to see first to avoid the crowds and was great to chat to all day! We got to see many beautiful views, waterfalls, and natural beauties, and also got to swim in an empty waterfall and see turtles as well! The lunch at Huli Huli chicken and banana bread from the local bakery might be the best chicken and banana bread we have ever had too. The car you get for the day is super luxurious, very spacious and comfortable. It was very clean, and gave each member of us in the car great views of the road to Hana. Overall, we can't recommend the road to Hana with Maui by Storm enough!

Our guide Bill was super knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history of Hawaii, and the local plants. He knew the twists and turns and how to navigate the roads. He knew exactly where to stop so we were able to get great food, see the Black Sands Beach, swim in two waterfalls, see bamboo and sea turtles. All of our family got to see and experience the sites without having to pay attention to driving. It’s the ONLY way to go on The Road To Hana!

Had a great time! Jay was a great guide: knowledgeable, amiable, and a great driver. The sights were breathtaking and the locals are so kind. Surprisingly none of our family’s motion sickness kicked in (thanks, Jay). Enjoyed all the food on the journey - fruits, huli huli chicken, and the banana bread. Loved hearing stories about Hawaiian history. Would absolutely recommend to friends, and plan to be back in the future!
