Unfortunately, there was a traffic accident and death that delayed the performance by an hour. Some of the performers weren’t able to make it as a result. They did the best they could given the circumstances.

None ! The driver Shelly made our trip the most horrendous one ! This trip was the most horrendous trip we took with this company. The driver was mannerless & was trying to insult us again & again. First of all she stopped at a public toilet which was dirty , smelly & in men’s toilet a person was on the pot and defecating openly as there was no door. On pointing out , the driver , Shelly started shouting at us. On their promotion they say Continental breakfast but we were given a two inch piece of pineapple , 2 strawberries & a two inch piece of cake !!! They say plenty of water available , but no water bottles were placed in the vehicle for customers .. I told her I am diabetic & need to drink water often but she said she will stop when she can & it took 30 minutes before she stopped & took water out of the trunk ! The vehicle was old & seats were in bad shape and very uncomfortable.

Food and drinks were great ! Show ? A little slow , not much excitement till the end . Definitely not worth the money , go to a good steak house and spend about half the money .

The location was very beautiful. We had a nice view of the sunset. The dancers were truly magnificent, with many dances telling the history of the island(s). The MC did a wonderful job as well. The fire act at the end was amazing.

Staff was friendly, food was delicious, show was very good and entertaining. We did the VIP package and it was worth it. Our server was wonderful, however, during the show she came by and stood at the end of the table a few times blocking the show. That was the only thing that could have been changed; maybe standing behind guests instead of between them and the show. It wouldn’t keep us from going again!!!

WOW - this was so frustrating...... When you plan the trip of a lifetime for a milestone wedding anniversary and your first night out it is a disaster, it really sets the mood of your trip. FOOD - was nothing special - cafeteria style. My wife and I were both sick the next day.... VENUE - they had pushed so many tables together you couldn't move / in or out. We paid for VIP Experience -front row - with waiter. Not exactly sure why - but Dirk pretended that we weren't there - all night.... The two girls next to us got multiple cocktails at a time and even a round of shots. We had to go to the bar repeatedly and stand in line, over and over. SHOW - our first Luau - if you had a few friends and you wanted to put on a "high school musical" of a Luau - it would be better than this. This is a weak show - 1 fire dancer at the end of the night..... We were so disappointed that we scheduled another Luau the next week - and there was literally "NO COMPARISON" The other Luau we attended had 14 - yes - fourteen fire dancers...... the show and story / costumes were amazing - the food was incredible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EVENT FOR ANYONE - FOR ANY REASON.......

What an experience! We sat front row, had unlimited drinks and food( which was absolutely delicious), and watched an amazing show highlighting the history of the Hawaiin islands. It was a little pricey but still a wonderful experience.

Food was Not the best. We were a party of nine and several members had food poisoning a few hours after eating there. I lost $100 on an excursion the next day because my husband couldn’t make it. The entertainment was just okay. I have been to better luau’s. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.
