Pickup details

Departure Point: Upon arrival and after retrieving all your luggage  go outside and cross over to the middle island.  The driver will meet you between Sign Number 1 and Number 2.  If you cannot find your driver please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. You will be picked up within minutes of your call. Give the voucher to the driver. Dates: See Availability

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per van
  • Stroller accessible
  • Service animals allowed
  • Most travelers can participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Not at all what we were expecting

We thought we were reserving a private limo/SUV ride from the airport to our hotel but it turned out to just be an ordinary taxicab that we could have gotten for cheaper from the airport ourselves. Not only was the ride late but the driver was not safe. He was talking on his phone and watching youtube videos during our trip.

I did not travel with Carmel. It was cancelled by Carmel. The website was miss leading on the cost. Fortunately, the travel company called to make the correction and the cost was much higher.than lead to believe by Viator website when scheduling the pickup. Please credit my account.

It was a nice ride from the airport to the hotel. Very interesting and enjoyable. Also comfortable. Julio was a good driver (some of the taxi drivers text while driving for example while Julio is more professional)and good to talk with.

Extremely rude and unprofessional

Our driver was pretty rude , made several rude comments , some directly and some under his breathe . It was a very uncomfortable experience and upsetting . We have never met someone in Hawaii that was rude , everyone is so kind so this was a very unexpected and disappointing experience . We will never book with this company again .

They said their site offered a price below their fare and they won't be able to provide services. That's after calling them at arrival and they just said I needed to find another way to get to the hotel. They didn't even process the refund for me, I had to do that through Viator, which helped soon after.

I paid for an SUV for pick up and not so nice mini van came to pick us up. I specifically requested SUV and asked why a van but did not get an explanation. Our driver was very nice and polite, super friendly and gave us helpful information. The reason why I rated low is for the car. Otherwise the service was good, booking was easy but very expensive for what I did not get!
