Stand-up paddleboarding lessons are a popular choice for families and active travelers staying on Maui. No previous experience is necessary: Your guide provides a in-depth land and water instructions before heading out to explore the Kaanapali coastline. Rash guards and water shoes are provided for your comfort and morning and afternoon time slots are available for your convenience.

    What a great experience, thank you for the Lesson. It was an early class the water was calm and the instructor was awesome. Paddled to the Cliffs and back only fell once when we came back to shore. I didnt hear hm say look out for that wave LOL

    We had such a fun time! While I never quite got the hang of standing up, I’ve never laughed so much while falling down! The instructors are fun, informative and have a great energy. I enjoyed every minute.

    The guide was great. The only thing I don’t like how Viator doesn’t tell the name of the company, and if they did it wasn’t straight forward in the email. Because we didn’t know the name of the paddle board company we spent a lot of time walking around trying to find them. Which was frustrating. The paddle boarding lessons itself was great.

    Our instructor, Captain, was amazing!! He was so great with each of us!! He was the best part of the entire experience!! He got all of us up and paddle boarding successfully and made it such a great experience! The not so great: we had the hardest time finding where to meet. We received two different sets of instructions and even after getting the right ones, there’s no way we would have found it without someone FaceTiming us. There was no hut or actual meeting place. We probably walked 2 miles just trying to find them. We arrived on time luckily, but our boards and instructor arrived 15 mins or so late. Once we got going though, it was great!

    Mario was a great instructor. After a quick “land lesson” we got into the water. Soon, both my wife and I were standing up. We paddled over to the cliffs. He spent a special attention to make sure my wife was enjoying herself. I really appreciated the extra attention he gave her. Great time.
