Total weight per passenger: 240 lbs
Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
Weight Restrictions: Due to FAA regulations, all passengers must be weighed at check-in. For each passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, or combined weights of 420 lbs per couple an additional seat must be purchased at time booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight at checkout.
It is recommend that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
Not wheelchair Accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter

We were both a little nervous as it was our first helicopter ride. We are beyond excited that we did it! Nathan was a super pilot and tour guide. It was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience.

If your budget allows only 1 adventure, make it this!

The entire experience was extraordinary. Our captain was incredibly warm and friendly with wonderful stories. We touched down near the shoreline, in a private oasis. The grandeur of this experience , the waterfalls, the valleys, and the aerial perspective of it all is not to be missed.

It would have been 5 stars but upon arriving our greeting wasnt very Hawaiian. I guess the office joke was we were the three stooges. After that Jack or pilot was amazing.

Maui is a beautiful island in and of itself, but Cameron brought its rich history to life throughout the tour. We had a magnificent time, and would definitely fly with him again! Our photographs and video footage are testament to his personalized tour.

This was the most expensive thing we did on our trip to Maui, but worth every cent. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime experience. We flew over a Volcano and next to numerous waterfalls. Our pilot Kirk has over 40 years of experience and was knowledgeable about all of Maui. He is an amazing and entertaining pilot. Very personable.

Captain Kirk was wonderful and very concerned with our safety. Our flight had to change at the last moment for safety concerns with the weather. He was extremely cautious and kept making sure we all felt safe throughout our flight and landing on a cliff. We would definitely use Air Maui again.

Disappointed didn’t get to go

We arrived early, orientation etc, at the time of flight we were told they had to change the route due to weather, they were not flying over the mountain. They told us we could go, reschedule or get a refund. We were good to go anyway, but the other couple wanted to reschedule. We didn’t have an option, they wouldn’t take up non full copter. We had to get a refund as we were leaving island soon. Disappointed since we got up early and drive across the island and really wanted to experience this

This was our first time in a helicopter and we were nervous at first until we got in the air. Our pilot Dylan was smooth and did an amazing job (he also had great music on which fit each scenery) and made it feel like a piece of cake. The views were epic and the cliff side landing was my favorite part. Absolutely breathtaking and I would definitely do it again.
