    Ricardo was very professional, on time, and had SO much cool information. The anthropology museum is massive and I highly recommend booking this tour to help you know where to start!

    Ricardo was an excellent guide. He made the history of the location come to life as opposed to just stating the facts. Also, he was very approachable whenever I had a question to ask and also wasn't afraid to admit something he didn't know.

    I really enjoyed this tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions. However I think the Anthropology museum part went quite quickly, and I would have liked that to be a little longer. We were left to explore by ourselves after the tour was finished, so it was still alright. I recommend booking this tour, you get so much more out of the experience with a guide.

    This was a very educational tour. My tour guide, Mixtli, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about everything we saw. He also kept a good pace for the tour. I wasn't feeling well when we got to the archeology museum, and he accommodated me.

    Jorge was an excellent guide. He shared his abundant knowledge of history, anthropology and sociology with us and was ready to answer all of our questions. I definitely recommend this tour if you are curious about the rich culture of Chapultepec or Mexico in general!

    College Course through the Ages, truly what this tour really needs for a title!! Ricardo is brilliant, quick to answer questions and reads his audience well, knows when to be brief and when to give in depth details. Being an Art and Ceramic teacher, he gave me ideas for lessons while we strolled through the Anthropology Museum. He has indepth knowledge of the Mexican history of ANY time, therefore I know that information I gathered today with be credible in my classroom! For that, I'd pay ten times what I did for this tour!! At the end of this incredible day, I asked him what type of tour he was giving the next day, because I was deeply impressed, it was a private one, otherwise I'd be there!! Can't wait to visit Mexico City again and take another one of his tours, every time!! Thank you so much, Ricardo for answering so many of my questions!!

    This is a great tour to take if you are new to the city and wish to get some historical perspective and an orientation. Additionally, if you’re going to visit the pyramids or any of the archaeological sites in the city, doing this your first will give you context for those visits. Very chill, but informative tour, highly recommend!

    We ended up being the only travelers on this tour. Ricardo was a knowledgeable historian and patiently walked us around the forest, castle, and museum. We highly recommend this tour to get an overview of these three places. Get rest beforehand, because you will walk a lot. We found this a great way to hit the highlights and understand Pre-Colombian and Mexican history better without going into brain overload.

    The only word to describe this tour of Chapultepec Park (actually a forest), the Anthropology Museum and Castle with Ricardo is fantastic. Ricardo’s knowledge of the history and culture is outstanding. He answered all of our many questions, allowed us all the time we needed along the tour, and even helped us buy tickets to the Ballet for the following day. He is a consummate guide. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering this tour.

    The park is beautiful and relaxing. The Castle is beautiful and the tour incorporated so many different aspects of Mexico's complex history. Our tour guide Rick was an especially thoughtful historian. As a history major myself, I really appreciated that. And learned a lot and enjoyed the tour of all three sites.

    Although there were several options and this tour had fewer reviews, they were all 5 stars. We chose this due to the other options with more reviews with lower ratings. I am so glad we did!!! Ricardo was amazing, knowledgeable, and warm. He brought the forest (and he'll explain why he calls it a forest and not a park) to life with his stories and explanations. He highlighted seemingly small features and showcased the historical significance with great detail and completely enhanced our experience. We started at the Puerta de los Leones and strolled for about 30 minutes before heading up to the castle. He shared stories about all the monuments along the way and let us in on the nicknames the locals have for all the buildings. (The Dorito was my favorite). After the castle we made our way to the Anthropology museum. Again Ricardo shared so many details that went beyond anything I could imagine. His knowledge was amazing and we learned so much from Ricardo. Best of all Ricardo graciously took photos to capture the moments for us! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a tour in CDMX to book this tour!! Ricardo, thank you so much for a great time. We will definitely look you up for more tours on our next trip to CDMX!

    Ricardo was fantastic. We met people on a different tour in another part of town and they recommended that we take this tour with Rick. He gave a very different take on the local tour style bc he is a real historian. He has a degree in history and exudes passion with every historical fact he shares. So knowledgeable and can rattle off the date of literally every single thing that's ever happened over the last thousand years in Mexico. Such an informative and enjoyable time.

    Mitzli fue un guía excelente y tenía mucho conocimiento. Aprendimos mucho durante el tour. Lo recomiendo a las personas que visitan la Ciudad de México para aprender de la historia. Ojo: hay que caminar mucho durante el tour. Al final estaba bastante cansada de los pies. Solo es algo para tomar en cuenta si usted se cansa caminando.

    Fue increíble conocer la historia de México narrada con tanta pasión y conocimiento. La cantidad de datos que recorriendo el museo solo no hubiese obtenido, es invaluable.
