    Our guide, Damien, and our driver, Alfonso, are an incredible, personable pair. Darien was extremely accommodating and this guide service is must for anyone traveling for the first time (or more) to tolantongo! I would definitely go with Darien again and again due to the hospitable service, knowledge of the area and time to show us all the sites. This tour tops others due to the quality of equipment as well as go bag with blankets, towels, soap, shampoo, meals, etc. we also got to try some of the local food on the way home (pastes) which are the Mexican equivalent of the UK sausage roll—which I love and was a great surprise at the end of the trip. We loved the smaller group for the tour and the nice bus for the 12 or so of us to enjoy the long drive. Highly recommend OVER AND OVER!!

    Dafni was a super guide!! Just the right pace, informative and fun. She gave us plenty of time for everything so the day didn’t feel rushed even though there was so much to do in the day. I recommend doing the zipline, and bring extra cash to try the piña colada at the springs, the best I’ve had.

    The tour led by Damian and Alex was very well organized. Instructions were clear, the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. The activities they had planned for us (outdoor pools, cave, and the river) were very beautiful and scenic! Would highly recommend this tour!

    This was absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Dafne, was great, knowledgeable and fun, and our driver was very safe. We took our two teenage boys who had a great time. Highly recommend this tour. They are thoughtful with all the things you need to have an awesome experience.

    Our guide, Dafni, was great. The tour was very well organized. Just don't go on the weekend. The amount of people at the pools made the experience not so pleasant.

    Super fun day - the caves were amazing! You will have to wake up butt-ass early but it's worth it. Our guide, Lalo, was very friendly, answered all our questions and was a great host. The tour is organized and they do their best to keep you comfortable and happy all day. The pools were nice to relax in, take some photos, but for me - the caves were the best part. Intense! But awesome.

    The trip is LONG. Expect to be traveling all day. The hot springs and caves is an absolutely must see attraction. Crossed off my bucket list.

    Everything in this tour is memorable it was a great experience. It was beautiful. The only thing I would of liked to understood more was how everything is charged separately after what we pay. Some people wouldn't understand

    Had an amazing experience. The 3.5 hour drive was definitely worth it. A must do activity in mexico city. The pools, the caves, zipline and the river were all excellent. Daphni was a great and a professional tour guide. She was cheerful, extremely punctual and we had enough time to take photos and experience the activities. She spoke english well. My friend and I are vegetarians. She helped us figure out what is vegetarian. The entire tour was well organized. They created a whatsapp group the previous day and communicated well about food, pick up, various pit stops etc.

    Lovely tour. Very well organized! They think of everything. At the start, they provided us with a backpack filled with a water bottle, a waterproof cell phone protector, and a head lamp for the cave portion of the trip. Even a warm blanket to use on the early drive there to encourage a nap. At the end, they provide a towel, soap, shampoo and even a plastic bag for your wet bathing suit. Watershoes are available for extra $. Great day! I would probably spend less time in the actual pools and more time at the last two stops.

    This tour is a MUST if you are visiting Mexico City. The ride was very long but totally worth it! Tolantongo was very very gorgeous and was probably the most beautiful spot we visited in Mexico City. Lalo was our tour guide and he did a great job. The Pools, The River, The Zip Lining and The Waterfall were all so amazing! Great day.

    The entire day was excellent but getting to zip line in the mountains was a great experience! The pools are nice and warm, people are friendly and happy, and the cave exploration was beyond anything I could imagine. Plenty of food and snacks throughout the day, very nice van for transportation and the tour guide thought of everything!

    The experience was amazing. Well organised and all the additional little extra's such as provision of towels, breakfast and a backpack with water, waterproof phone holder etc. Everything was terrific. The roads out to the location are dreadful and the ride is incredibly bone jarring. Avoid sitting over the rear wheel, I was tossed around and hit my head on the roof several times. But this did not take away the enjoyment of the day.

    The trip was perfect!! Our guide, Eduardo (aka Lalo) was wonderful. We left at 6am and arrived back in town around 8:30pm so it was full and tiring day. Our guide gave us enough time to fully enjoy each portion of the trip: pools, river, and cave. This was essential as we’ve been on many day+ tours and they feel rushed. He catered to my mom who was a little scared of the caves, which was above and beyond. It was 100% worth it. We also stopped for breakfast, lunch (by the river) and a small snack/dinner on the way back! Highly recommend!!!

    After visiting 50 countries, this was one of the best organized tour groups I've been on. This could've been a terrible trip considering the drive and distance from Mexico City but they tried to make my ride as comfortable as possible. I would've like a bigger van but I appreciated the blanket, all the drinks and handing us each a Quechua backpack with a water bottle, lamp, towel, waterproof cellphone bag, toilet paper and cleaning wipes in each bag! It felt like I was getting a present. Afterwards they gave us another bag with a towel, soap, and shampoo. It was very generous of them. I also love that Dafni kept us on track with time and we made it back to MEX by 8:10pm.

    Long drive, but worth it! Gorgeous day on the water. Danny was a great guide. The backpacks with the water bottle, phone case, and head lamp proved to be super helpful - I noticed other groups didn’t have the lamps and the caves are quite dark without them. I had debated getting a phone case prior, but glad I didn’t - the cases provided worked great. Bring your water shoes! Enjoyed the zip line & the day was planned out very well. Recommend!

    There was so much to experience on this one tour. From the turquoise pools, to zip lining, and experiencing the caves within the waterfall, there was something for everyone! The tour provided nice transportation (it is a lot of driving) and gear for all of the adventures so that you don't have to worry about buying it yourself (water shoes, head lamps for caves). It was a seamless trip so you can focus on taking in the beautiful scenery. Kids (12 y/o) loved it as well as adults. While it's a long day, they provide blankets, snacks, and water along the way as long as plenty of food options for purchase at local stops.

    The highlight of the tour is only the water cave exploring, swimming pool and lakes ate overrated. Lunch menu is passable but eating with lots of flies hovering around you is turn off. The time spent at the pool and lake is too much. Bus seats are uncomfortable with charging usb port not working. We didn’t eat pastes but we went to taco shop recommended by the guide. Overall wouldnt recommend going for this tour

    We had Damian awesome guide, speaks both Spanish and English. Yes it's squishy in the Van if you're tall definitely choose your seat wisely. We had enough time at each place of course you could spend longer here because it's so beautiful but it was enough for a quick trip to Mexico. Highlight of our trip.

    Damian was an enthusiastic tour leader, this package is exactly as it was advertised and more. Damian uses humor, knowledge and experience to try and put the best experience together. He helped me surprise my wife for her birthday with a cute cake at lunch and song. Recommended!

    My adult daughter and I went on this all day adventure. Our guide Danny took care of our every need. They have everything you need ready for you including towels, sunscreen and even a waterproof holder for your cellphone. The pools and river were very relaxing. The only issue we had was the long wait at the paste stop.

    The destination was great. Very beautiful. The pools were fantastic as well the river pools. The cave experience was great. The overall trip was not as good. I got food poisoning during the trip and that ruined the rest of our vacation. I believe it was the lunch I was served. Also, we were charged $20 (US) for a head lantern. We were told the van in which we were in was secure. But when we returned after our shower the lantern was missing. So we had to pay.
