Best tour

Excellent tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Coyoacan was a beautiful place and we really enjoyed the museum and boat ride.

The best tour yet!

We have taken many, many Viator tours. All were very good, but this one was the very best and it was because of our guide, Ernesto. He was knowledgeable, patient with us, and a very good person to everyone we saw!

Not what I expected

The tour finished at 3:30pm when it was scheduled to end at 6pm. There was nothing extra offered as part of the tour and the tour guide did not seem enthusiastic about being with us or explaining sites. Overall, it was very underwhelming and extremely overpriced for what we got.

Many of the interesting places that could have been shown were closing down early in anticipation of the holiday celebration. Thank again for your feed back , this has helped us make the decision that in the future to avoid this from happening again, we will discontinue offering activities on New Year’s Eve.

Monse was an excellent guide. She was very friendly and helped us have an enjoyable time . She made special accommodations for my 75 year old mom- like hailing a cab for a short distance when my mom was too tired walking. Highly recommend this tour. Monse told us the Freida Kahlo story real well. She was considerate and knowledgeable.
