    One person of our team will contact you to give you the time and more details of the pickup process one day before your balloon flight. THE PICKUP TIME BEGINS AT 4:00 AM. The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services. The transportation service is shared, subject to schedules and restrictions. In case you select the option without transportation and want to arrive by your own car, the appointment will be at Globopuerto Volare in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico, at the designated time.     I wanted to do something special for my birthday so I booked the hot air balloon and I was extremely impressed with how organized everything was. We were picked up and upon arrival we were given a light breakfast. Shortly after we were assigned a ballon, the view was amazing and the life was very smooth. Once we landed we were given champagne and taken to have a wonderful Mexican breakfast with mariachi and tequila shots. We were given the option to stay and see the pyramid sites and were even set up with a very knowledgeable tour guide. It was truly an amazing experience.

    Everything from scheduling, pick up, organization and experience was smooth and easy. The balloon ride was fantastic! Got so close to the pyramid of the Sun I could almost tough it! The only disappointment was the breakfast afterward - not too tasty. But the entire experience was still worth every penny!

    Incredible experience. Super well organized. From pickup to check in to breakfast everything was smooth. The hot air balloon itself was actually longer than i expected! We got such epic pics of the pyramid from the balloon that we opted not to do the extra hours there.

    At first, I was skeptical of the experience being another overpriced and underwhelming tourist trap since it is from a site that does many of these tours. In the end, hands down the only way to experience Teotihuacan especially if it's your first time. The entire experience was extremely well organized, each van picking you up or dropping you off was on time to the minute, the included breakfast was miles above and beyond what I had been expecting and served in a beautiful courtyard after the flight. The balloon baskets range in size, mine held 8 people and we all fit comfortably and all had amazing views. The pilot was very funny and personable, and clearly well experienced. The flight itself was a great length of time and was (as it was my first balloon experience) pure magic, taking off to view the sunrise over the ruins. You have the option of being taken back to CDMX right after the flight or to go explore Teotihuacan for 3 hours (the cost is on you for this) before being picked up and taken back. We did the flight and exploration on our own and it was definitely a tiring day, but well worth it. Conclusion - well worth the cost, it's so well organized you only really just need to show up, no stress, just pure fun and amazing views. Don't miss out!

    Julio & Javier were great! Experienced so felt safe & had good music to match the experience. Recommend doing the 7am flight if possible. Only negative is they send so many reminders via different routes (WhatsApp, email, Viator) that you get confused in clarity. Wish they would send 1 email with exact schedule to avoid doubt on whether you are on trip 1 - 5:30am or trip 2 -7am. Highly recommend as main base was professional & a lovely terrace for breakfast prior to the flight.

    Smooth pick up from the hotel, we were dropped off to aplace where we could drink coffee eat snacks and watch the balloons being inflated. The views from the hot air balloon were stunning, a truly beautiful way to see the Sun and Moon temples! We were even given the option to stay a bit longer and wander around the archeological site before we were driven back to Mexico City. Friendly and helpful team, delightful breakfast and wonderful experience

    A unique experience to see the pyramids from the sky! I think the value here is tremendous. The organization was super efficiant and our pilot made sure that we could see the pyrimads from different angles and altitudes. Usually when you see pictures of touristic places you would not see them the same way when you visit them, since they were taken from the sky and you see them from land, so here you have a great opportunity to see the pyramids like in pictures and for a very good price.

    Great package, which was professionally run. Picked up on time, in a new vehicle, sign in and coffee. A very safe and smooth flight with a clearly experienced pilot. Bubbly, breakfast, a certificate and Mariachi Band!! Then three hours on the Teotihuacan site. We opted to pay extra for avlocal guide at the gate which was well worth it for the perspective and explanations given.

    It was an amazing experience! The hot air balloon ride was magical. We had a tour of the pyramids after with Enrique which was also great. He was super knowledgeable and funny and spoke english very well. He also took us to a cave where we read my aura and we visited a crystal and silver workshop and had tequila tasting. Overall great experience!
