Our Driver, Christian, provided excellent, prompt and courteous service, but more importantly was just a pleasure to meet and converse with. You don't expect a shuttle ride from the Airport to your hotel, to be one of your most memorable moments o your trip to Mexico, but this certain was.

Very efficient and high level of service. The driver met us directly outside of bag claim with a sign, walked us to the car where he had a cooler of beverages for our ride to the hotel.

25 minutes late to pick us up, operator was extremely unhelpful. Driver himself was friendly and arrived early but the operator did not effectively communicate. Would definitely not take this service again and would recommend against it
