Bought 2 days. Went to all the 4 routes. Great method to visit iconic places in Mexico.. We did Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday we wanted to visit the castle Condes de Miravalles but because of the bike street closure the bus could not go there.

Don’t go to stop 3; red line

I completely enjoyed the hop on hop off. It is an easy way to see the city. I would have given it 5 stars but I waited at stop 3 (red line) for an hour and the bus didn’t come so I went to stop 4; even on the way back they never went to stop 3. Some of the drivers are a bit rude but overall it was a good day and the bus has USB ports to charge your phone.

Nice way around town

Buses were on time and arrived a quick intervals. Unfortunately the head phone jacks didn’t work on 2 of the 5 buses I rode on other then that it was great and luis was super helpful on the center circuit

Map is horribly misleading. Not all stops listed are actual places the bus goes. Waited for almost 2 hours for a bus that was never coming. Some stops are repeats, totally out of order, and no information provided that you might figure any of this out on your own. If you manage to get on the bus in a timely fashion, definitely a good way to sight see. But with caveats.

Why is it so difficult to give the specific place to meet the bus in Zocalo. That's a big place. Please give specific intersection. Also, why is using a app or online ticket so difficult. I was given a wristband and told not to take off for two days. Well, i have two-day ticket so I should be able to use it. But once you find the basics, the tour is on par with a good basic overlay of the city. Good english audio (bring your own headphones to plug in or you have to ask for some). Good details, without being boring.

Great way to tour Mexico city with 4 different routes. Can be confusing, make sure you bring paper printed ticket to exchange for arm bands. Request earbuds and a map so that you can hear information on the bus. You may need to download their routes prior by visiting the Turibus website. The main stop is Cibeles Plaza Madrid. Look for the Red umbrella for Turibus staff.

We were told by the Turibus sales team that the bus would be there soon. We ended up waiting over an hour-no bus. At this point it was already 10:20am. We decided to take a taxi and visited a few of the major stops instead.

We bought a 2 day pass and we’re told that the braclet was enough to get on the second day. We arrived to learn that we also needed our paper receipt. Also the audio speaker Jack didn’t work so we missed out on learning about the city. Not cool!! You really need to update this so visitors who do not speak Spanish can participate. The whole point was to learn about the city. Overall a very disappointing experience

Although my spouse and I were a bit apprehensive after reading other reviews, we booked and were very glad we did. We went on a Sunday when traffic was light, and met the bus at stop #1 (the map of stops is not in your print-out. It's on the original Viator listing- very helpful). The tour was in Spanish, not English as promised, so having studied some Spanish was helpful. Even if we hadn't, it was a great way to see much of the city, and to decide where we wanted to go back on our own.

Some stops were not running/accessible on the day - we should have been advised ahead of time. Waited for ages in a line with 4 small children only to be told we had to wait for the next bus when there were only a few people on board. Bus barely moved for most of the trip. We were hit by tree branches and leaves more than once and power lines were very close to our heads. Couldn’t hear the audio of the guided tour at all.
