Not much on Azteca Stadium

Guide is very knowledgeable; so this is an excellent opportunity to learn some history about the region. Coyoacán is a charming place and home of Frida Kahlo. The trip includes a visit to the university which houses a huge campus with lots of important art work and architecture. Xochimilco itself is very touristy but fun for the kids to be on a float. Lots of time spent in traffic though.

Everybody offers this tour, I picked the wrong company

After a visit to a street with statues we then went shopping before the tour really started. The guide decided to change the plan and we visited Coyoacan first to see a church, market and the newer part of town and stand outside the museum. All we saw of the old town was ride down the street in the van. Xochimilco was good but we were overcharged for lunch and by now it was gone 3pm. We just managed to drop off one person at the Coyoacan museum 40mins before it closed.

Our group consisted of people from 5 different countries and 4 different languages with varying degrees of understanding. Our guide went out of his way to try to accommodate us. The van was comfortable and the information given out informative and interesting. We wouldn't have been able to access these 4 sites on our own.

Xochimilico and Coyoacán are interesting to visit and I enjoyed them. The university and stadium are not interesting and are a waste of time. The time we spent in the van getting from place to place was almost more than the time spent on the visited sites. If you cut out the university and stadium, you can shorten the tour and make it more economical for the company and for the visitors. Alternately you could give more time on Coyoacán, which would be nice.

Tour itself was ok. Unnecessary stop to see plaza where Mara-chi bands play-could just be noted as a place to return when bands are playing. Same in pointing out Aztec stadium. Tour guide was complacent.

Not keeping to time.

We booked this tour as it was the best one for our schedule. The original itinerary was planned for 9am to 3pm. Our hotel pick up was at 8am so be prepared for that. Overall the tour was poorly organised and the guide did not manage her time well. Unfortunately she also did a poor job of providing any explanations about the area/history/culture. We only had 25min in Coyoacan which didn’t even give time to sit and have a coffee. The other stops felt out of place like the stadium and local university and not necessary. The boats were good and there was a mariachi band but it was busy as expected. Food was not included and the prices were not made clear so we ended up paying more at Xochililco boat for lunch. At 5pm we were still not finished and had to leave the tour and take an uber to make our 6pm evening reservation. Overall I would not recommend this over other similar tours as the timing is so poor.

We enjoyed our van tour (preferred smaller van to coach bus). Our favorite part of the tour was Xochimilco. The combination of the colorful boats, food, alcohol and water was delightful. Also enjoyed exploring Coyoacan and eating yummy churros there.

We really enjoyed this tour and it was a great way to see what Mexico City has to offer! One couple went to the Frida Kahlo museum and we had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours but it was a lovely area which we got to explore. Ursula was a great tour guide, friendly and informative!

Felt a little disorganized. We had tour members who needed help with mobility which perhaps the booking description should describe the actual amount of walking to set expectations for each activity and what was just a drive by. We didn't visit Estadio Azteca which I am sure due to the Bad Bunny concert. Instead we stopped off at the Olympic Stadium. The guide was okay but he wasn't accommodating to those who did not know Spanish in order to translate things such as food orders on the boat.

Absolutely the worst tour guide ever. Didn't explain any of the sites, rushed us through everything. Drove recklessly, and talked about gays, kicking dogs and how he doesn't like peruvian tourist. He engaged in uncomfortable conversations on the phone while driving as well. We only got to see the fountain at Coyoacan and use the restroom. He didn't even walk us in the church ir at the very least explain anything about it. This tour definitely was not what we paid for.

This was a fun experience, and the food we ate on the boat at Xochimilco was incredible. That being said, make sure you carry cash, and know that absolutely nothing is included in this experience except for the actual boat ride. We definitely felt hustled by the tour guide a few times. In Coyoacan, he told us we were going to get fresh churros and had us walk quite a ways to the location. He made it sound as if the churros were an included part of the experience, and only after everyone received their churros and had eaten them were we told it was time for everyone to pay for what they had gotten. That's totally fine, but they should have told us up front that it was not included. The same thing happened on the boat, and with one of the venders at Xochimilco. I have no problem with paying for things and I absolutely don't mind, but tell me up front so I can make sure I actually have the appropriate amount of funds with me before I actually consume the product.

Hello! We are sorry that you experience with the tour wasn't the best. Most our clients really like this tours but we understand that everybody thinks different and we respect that. In this particular case, as it says on our website the stop at the stadium azteca is from outside and Frida Kahlo was never included on the package. About the university, we went there and did the tour. We told you that there was just a small part that the university decided to close for public just hours before, so we couldn't get there that day but we saw the rest. Unfortunately we can make anything about it, because the university make the rules on what we can see or not and it was an exceptional change only for that day. Thank you very much for your review!

Great, half-day trip

This was a nice, relaxing day trip, not too long, and not too much walking. One gets to pass by several monuments for quick photo stops, Xochimilko was most fun, and we rode on the boat for only about 30 minutes, we wished it was longer, the river was very crowded though with other boats.
