Bus Ride takes 45 min each way. Boat ride was 40 min max. Didn't see any alligators. Just a couple of birds

We got picked up in the bus, 45 minutes in we were informed that the trip was cancelled due weather relations despite the trip supposed to be for rain or shine. When asking about a refund we were instructed to contact Viator. When contacting Viator, the lady told me she did not see in her end that Viator canceled the trip. I asked for a refund since the trip was supposed to be at 1:30, then we had a flight to catch at 8:30, so therefore we could not reschedule another trip. Still awaiting to here back about a refund.

We had so much fun AT the everglades. We saw 1 gator in the wild, but many in their exhibit. I wish the tour office had chairs as we waited for the bus to pick us up to head out to the everglades.

This trip was horrible and a waste of time and money. We did not see any alligators at all! The “show” after the boat ride was just a boring 20 minute lecture about alligators. I think that they should’ve paid us for coming for that visit. We will go out of our way to recommend to our friends, not to come on this “trip”.

I read different reviews so I want to make a quick summary for everyone out there who would like to do it. The bus has functioning AC and it is very comfortable. The guide is funny and gives some information about the city along the way. The place where they take you is the Sawgrass Recration Park (not the Everglades National park which is much more distant from Miami Beach). The tour on the airboat is fun. Unfortunately I did not see the gators while another boat of our group saw one. After the airboat tour, there is a person of the park giving a lesson on crocodiles near two of them (massive and old). After that, the same guide let you touch a baby crocodile (in a safe way). At the end of the tour the guide politely asked for a 5 dollars tip. Many gave it to him, others didn’t. Personally I did because I liked his attitude. For 30 dollars I would highly recommend this activity.

The tour guide was friendly and pointed out Miami sights and history on the bus journey to the Everglades. Super fun and exhilarating airboat ride - we saw crocodiles and iguanas. Crocodile rescue center was great - funny and informative crocodile show and we got to stroke a baby crocodile! Would 100% recommend
