Driver tried a fast one

The driver tried to get an additional 25 euros from me saying he came at 1pm which is the arrival time of the flight. The flight came in right on time. They should have known that, passengers have to get off the aircraft, go they passport control, pick up bags and then come out. All this takes approx 1 hr. The car company should have factored this into their planning. Demand for addl money was turned down which the driver was OK with.

Hello. When you book be careful and read our rules. After the arrival of the flight, we have a maximum of 60 free waiting. And if the driver took extra money from you, then he was waiting for you for more than 60 minutes. When more than 60 minutes, you have to pay for an additional paid waiting. Next time be careful when booking and read all the rules
