Great Way To See The Museum Highlights
Richard_R, May 2022
Great tour with an extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable tour guide, Samantha. We definitely recommend this tour for getting great information as you tour through some of the great museums. Samantha knew the ends and outs of the museums so she could navigate us through the crowds in the most efficient manner. We had an hour break for lunch on our own before beginning the second part of the tour. This gave our feet a nice break because there is a lot of walking. A definite 5 star tour!
Exactly as advertised

Bus to 'The Last Supper' was clean, excellent guide, got great pictures of the painting. Also saw the Domo - amazing! Somewhat late because of rain and big line/group to wait on.

An excellent tour with a very knowledgable guide - Max - who really knows his history. Well paced to match the capability of the audience who were of mixed ages. Really enjoyed the history being brought alive , and seeing these ancient relics.

I enjoyed very much the Last Supper, La Scala and the Duomo. I must of misunderstood your brochure it said English/Spanish it was a waste of my time for the guide to speak in English then Spanish. This should of been all English or all Spanish it was disappointing to have to listen tot he guise who was good having to keep switching languages. So I would not suggest this tour to anyone
Wonderful tour

We greatly enjoyed the tour to the Duomo, La Scala, and the Last Supper. The guide was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and informative. Our only suggestion is to offer a drop-off location that is close to a taxi stand. We had to walk to the train station to hire a taxi. In the intense heat, it was difficult.

Pickup was even slightly early, the guide was excellent and the tour fully met expectations. The only issue was that the tour confirmations should also confirm that the hotel pickup for our hotel was confirmed also. We asked our hotel to ring and check this for us. Otherwise all good.

The guide contacted me in advance to confirm our tour assistance and specify the place where they should pick us up. The guide verified the number of tourists that made up their group after each activity. The guide showed a high level of historical knowledge and was attentive to any concerns we had regarding what she was explaining to us.

When booking with Viator, we were not informed as to the details involved in the tour. We were aware the hotel pickup could be late but we were ready at exactly 8:30 but the driver did not arrive until after 9:00 a.m. Then he dropped us off on a street, not telling us which bus to look for. We finally found the bus but it was locked. Several people started arriving, confused as to the procedure. The bus driver finally arrived, as well as the guide, and opened the bus. The bus was totally full. The guide was very nice and informative. Audio pods were issued to everyone while we toured Dumo Square and The Last Supper. It was a good tour.

Truly a must see if in Milan. Very well done tour and the fresco speaks for it's self.

The sights are must dos and are definitely worth it. However tour guide commentary was brief, sketchy, repetitive and with lots of hesitation. Coupled with having to comment in both English and German, it made the experience dreary which is a shame.
