This is a really good deal. Especially if you take the the option to use local transportation meaning a bus or the subway. The subway is very easy to use and wil literally take you anywhere in Milan you want to go. You can really cover a lot of Milan on your own in two days by using the Metro. Best thing to look into is a hotel near central Milan and one within walking distance to the the Metro subway. My hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Very, very convenient. The Metro also goes directly to the train station which then gives you the ability to literally travel anywhere in Europe you want to go. Many coupons and free access to several museums and tourist destinations. One of the most valuable visits you have access to is the rooftop visit at the Duomo, Milan's fabulous cathedral. You cannot miss a visit to the Duomo, especially the ability to go up to the roof and have unrivaled views of Milan and close up views of the numerous structures of the Duomo itself. Don't miss this.

The pass is great for people who are a big fan of museums. For me, I went to Il Mondo di Leonardo, the Scala and the Duomo I only had half a day. I definitely suggest going to the Duomo, especially the terrace by lift, I don't suggest you try the stairs. The atmosphere up there is very peaceful and I suggest timing your visit to sunset best atmosphere. Also, the bus pass was redundant for me as Milan is best experienced by walking - just wear comfortable shoes.

We were disappointed in our tour. It was very difficult to hear and to understand the guide. The time spent in the Duomo was short 15 minutes which was a disappointment as that was a main attraction. Due to the inclement weather we were unable to go out on the roof which was another main attraction that we wanted to see and one of the main reasons for the selection of the tour. I would like to have been offered an opportunity to re visit the Duomo/roof top entry for a later date.

We were glad that we booked this pass, especially for the Hop on, Hop off tour bus. We were sad that we could get in to see the Last Supper painting. Otherwise, it was worth it. Thanks...we loved Milan!

I was very unhappy with the Milan city pass purchase. There was a marathon and I was unable to catch the bus for the tour. No one told me reservations are required for the last supper painting. It was a was of time and money. My whole purpose of visiting Milan was to see the last supper painting.

We were lead to believe that when the driver picked us up at the airport, he would have all of the documents and passes with him. The driver had nothing with him, and informed us that we would have to go to the Main office to pickup the documents. So instead of starting our sightseeing in Milan with our various passes, we had to discovery the most direct mode of transportation roundtrip via taxicab to reach the vendor so that we could obtain our documents. Which result in a lost day of sightseeing and a big dent in our sightseeing budget. I would truly hesitate before buying another Viator tour, this was a big letdown!!!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, weil wir trotz Nachfragen keine Auskunft bekamen, wo wir zu unseren Voucher kommen, obwohl wir das Ticket grundsätzlich elektronisch gebucht hatten. Dank der Hilfe im Hotel kamen wir im Büro Zanni an. Die Abwicklung durch das Personal war erschreckend inkompetent und extrem langsam. Die Auskunft, dass der Bus zum Dom direkt um die Ecke losfährt, erwies sich als einfach nur falsch. Wir stiegen in den dort stehenden Bus ein, nachdem wir einer dauertelefonierenden Angestellten unser Ticket zeigten. Als der Bus losfuhr, waren wir etwas über die eingeschlagene Route erstaunt. Waren aber zuversichtlich, dass wir in der im Plan angegebenen halben Stunde doch beim Dom ankommen werden. Ein riesen Fehler! Der Bus fuhr aus der Stadt raus und zu einem Outlet in mehr als anderthalb Stunden Entfernung. Was für ein Flop. Statt Kultur und Infos zu der grossartigen Stadt- Kommerz und nichts als Kommerz. Dank einem Taxi zum Bahnhof und einem Zug mit Umsteigen kamen wir schliesslich um 15 Uhr in der Stadt Mailand wieder an. Der Besuch des Doms und der Scala war natürlich wundervoll aber mit dem gekauften Ticket Mailand Pass völlig überteuert. Das hätten wir alles einzeln auch gebucht und gefunden. Dass wir am zweiten Tag verzweifelt die Haltestelle Sta. Babila gesucht und natürlich nicht gefunden haben, war der zweite Flop. So sind wir in den zwei Tagen nicht einmal in den Genuss von den versprochenen Informationen über Mailand (in Englisch oder Italienisch) gekommen, haben den Bus nur einmal bestiegen (der Flop war so grässlich) und würden nie mehr wieder so ein ähnliches Angebot auch nur im Entferntesten buchen. Was für eine Abzogge ohne Stil und ohne Service. Unseren grossen und reisefreudigen Bekanntenkreis werden wir natürlich entsprechend informieren. Das ist Ihnen aber sicher ebenso egal, wie alles bis jetzt. Bitte Mails an uns per sofort einstellen!

Het terras op de Duomo was schitterend, zeker een aanrader. Voor La scala zijn we terug gegaan om half 2 omdat ze ons vertelde dat dan de lichten in het theater aan waren. Iets om rekening mee te houden! Jammer vond ik dat we geen oortjes gekregen hadden, en daardoor de uitleg op de hop on hop off bus niet konden horen. In andere steden kregen we deze wel of waren ze verkrijgbaar op de bus Het laatste avondmaal hebben we gedaan met gids mits bijbetaling van 25 euro pp Dit zou ik ook ten zeerste aanraden. Je krijgt hier veel extra informatie!!
