Katerina was an exceptional guide, knowledgeable, articulate, passionate and patient. Even when plans changed on short notice, the tour operator made all the necessary adjustments. We were sad when the tour ended.

We were fortunate that my husband and I were the only two people on this tour. Our guide, Elisa, was wonderful and very informative. She showed us the major parts of the tour, but also some of the lesser know sites. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. Definitely would recommend this tour.

Stopping for coffee means standing and quickly drinking down the expresso. Other than that the guide was fun and very knowledgeable.

Beautiful tour. Our guide Larissa is very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English. She explains everything in detail and she loves questions. We walked around the city, we went inside beautiful churches and saw other monuments. We also made a stop to her favorite cappuccino spot that has beautiful desserts. It was a perfect way to spend an afternoon. Because of covid there werent many people and we were by ourselves so it was basically a private tour. I will definitely repeat again when Im back in Milan. Thank u so much!!

Elisa did a wonderful job bringing the Last Supper to life and allowing us to view this masterpiece in a more in-depth manner. We talk a walking tour of Milan with her afterwards and she showed us landmarks and bits of history we would never have known about. We really enjoyed the time we spent with Elisa and appreciated her knowledge and excellent communication skills.

We really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Elisa, was fun and informative. We had seen “the Last Supper” before, but Elisa brought an in-depth perspective that was enlightening. We appreciated her ability to share its beauty and meaning to us (a group of 4 with varying art history background) in a way each of us could understand. The Duomo rooftops were amazing, and Elisa shared the history of the Duomo and the beauty of the interior and exterior. It was an amazing tour, and we highly recommend it.

This company should be prosecuted for thievery These people are crooks. Tried to modify my reservation 32 hours before departure time, they said I couldn't change the reservation. I said I wanted to cancel. they said you are less than one calendar day, can't cancel. Very dishonest company, web site boasts free cancellation, buyer beware. City Wonders tours allowed me to modify reservation, no problem. I am a long time customer and a trip advisor customer. They can not be trusted. I suppose the reply will be a pack of lies too. Crooks

Dear Sir You have already remarked that you will not believe any reply that we make but in the interest of honesty, we believe it is important to address your accusations. You had originally booked a walking tour of Milan which would include entrance to see the Last Supper. As you may or may not know, entrance tickets to see the Last Supper must be bought with ample advance time (especially during the high tourist season) therefore when you contacted us asking if you could change the tour to the next day, it was explained to you that, being such short notice, there weren't any entrance tickets available to the Last Supper. The walking tour could have been rescheduled but, for reasons completely out of our control, it would not have been able to include seeing the Last Supper. As for the subsequent cancellation of your tour, which you requested, as our website and as the Viator site (on which you booked) clearly explains, the free cancellation policy is for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour. According to our notes, and despite what you claim, your request to cancel was made less than 24 hours prior. Your warning for buyers to beware is valid; buyers should be aware of the conditions of their purchases and, at the same time, respect the explanations given when it is necessary to impose these conditions. This was a fabulous experience. Our guide Catarina was so knowledgeable and engaging- she tells history like it's a great story. We learned so many interesting 'extras' about Milan we never would have known walking through on our own. I also really appreciated that she stepped back and allowed us a moment at each stop to 'take in the scenery' - we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tour - our guide, Lara, was absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgable and passionate about Milan and the sites. Lara was warm and welcoming and a constant source of information, whilst not overwhelming or overbearing. Last Supper viewing was incredible - only about 15 people in the room, including the 6 in our group. Highly recommend!

Very nice and competent guide. Larissa was full of energy and knew a lot about the history of the city. She showed us hidden gems that we would never have found ourselves. The atmosphere was very nice, and there was plenty of time to ask questions etc We would highly recommend this trip compared to the bigger groups

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our walking tour (+ tour guide!) more. Our guide provided endless insight into Milan's rich history and had extensive knowledge around the creation and preservation of the Last Supper. She was also extremely friendly, polite and made sure we were enjoying our tour. Would absolutely recommend!

We did this tour on our first morning in Milan with Elisa. She was a wonderful tour guide, super knowledgeable and passionate about Milan. We started at the Last Supper and finished in the Piazza de Duomo, and the time absolutely flew by as we were so enthralled by Elisa's tour. Very enjoyable, highly recommended.

My husband and I were the only people in the group that day. Our guide, Paivi, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the city. She showed us the hidden and interesting gems of the city. The Last Supper painting is fantastic but the information from Paivi made the visit even more memorable. The espresso stop was great! Thank you!
