      Such a Scam!!

      This was such a scam. Unfortunately, we did not know until paying for this experience and getting there that you do not need to pay for this experience. We were under the impression that we were paying for the ability to see The Last Supper, but when we arrived learned that this was not included in what we purchased. In addition, we found out that the audio tour of the Santa Maria Delle Grazie was actually free -- you just had to show up at the times posted for entrance. Very disappointed that this was offered on Viator.

      Dear customer, we are sorry that you were disappointed with your visit but the purchased product did not include the entrance to the Last Supper which is not inside the church but is a separate museum. Admission to the church is free and the purchased product is a multilingual digital audio guide for a self-guided visit of approximately 30 minutes. We are doing our best to clarify information on all sales channels and vouchers.

      Ce billet ne m’a pas donner accès à La Cène de Léonard da Vinci. Quel intérêt de visiter l’église sans voir ce chef d’œuvre? Je me suis fait avoir après m’avoir déplacé de Paris à Milan. Très déçu!
