Would not recommend to families

We paid premium for this tour which was not a family friendly tour. Tour guide was nice but tour wasn’t aimed at kids or families. Our kids ranged in ages 9-15. We also couldn’t hear the tour guide who didn’t provide us with microphone. Would not recommend to another family. They also changed the time of our tour at the last minute which messed up our plans in Milan.

I was delighted to know about a family-friendly tour to the Duomo. We met our tour guide, Katia, who was extremely friendly. She greeted my daughter with small gifts that excited her through the tour. The Duomo is extremely interesting and there are so many details but Katia managed to show us all highlights. Part of the tour is to visit the roof, which I highly recommend. On the roof, Katia gave us a lot of interesting information about Milan too. Overall, the tour was very interesting and organized. And our tour guide Katia was patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
