Dear Alberto,
We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the tour.
Regarding the number of visitors allowed in the Last Supper Museum, we would like to inform you that the museum strictly limits the number of visitors to 35. Due to the high demand for tickets, they tend to sell out quickly, and the museum will have 35 participants in any case even if our tour was with a less number.
We understand that the price of the tour may seem expensive, but we would like to assure you that it is priced fairly based on the additional costs we incur to provide a guided tour. Our costs include hiring a professional guide, providing radios for each participant, and paying extra for guaranteed availability of tickets.
As for the waiting time, we always advise our clients to arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the specified entrance time. During this time, our guide provides a brief introduction and conducts security checks before redeeming the tickets from the ticketing office. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but it is necessary for security reasons and to ensure that the tour runs smoothly.
We also understand that the group size can sometimes make it difficult to hear the guide. Therefore, we provide every participant with a radioguide and a one-use headset. This allows each participant to hear the guide clearly and have a distraction-free experience.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
