We were not advised of change of venue. As well, we were told by Acetaia Malpighi that there is no charge for tour and tasting. Requesting a refund from Viator.

we would like to thank you for your visit at our place in Piazza Roma last Sunday, regarding your message trough Trip Advisor I’m informing you that we have had a cooperation with Mr. Federico for many years and he is absolutely professional and serious and it’s a pleasure for us to continue a cooperation with him because they help us for the promotion of our company.
I understand your disappointment to learn that the visits at our place in the centre of Modena are FREE because we are promoting our new place in Modena, but for Mr. Federico this is a job.
Maybe next time it would be better for you to inform yourself better before writing review on tripadv without knowledge of the matter you are supposed to review.
