Outstanding Balsamic Experience.

Outstanding experience. The family ownership and employees were very warm and personable. The Balsamic “story” was very informative. The 4+ course meal experienced with a variety of balsamic flavors was truly amazing. We thoroughly recommend this experience. It was one of the highlights of our Italy trip.

Balsamic Tasting in Garden Setting

Learning about the traditional balsamic vinegar process and tasting the two varieties in a beautiful garden setting. The vinegar pairings with three types of Parmesan, two types of ricotta, quiche, focaccia, meats and desserts, coupled with Prosecco and wine, was delicious and decadent.

Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this tasting, lunch and the whole experience. Everyone will enjoy this tour. Valeria was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for a better host, guide, cook, and everything else she did. She was top notch. It was also great meeting th family members and having them share their home and passion. Truly exceptional!

Could not have loved this more! A lovely, heartfelt tour of a small family acetaia. The people were so sweet, the food wonderful and the balsamic vinegar out of this world. A short ride from Modena and so worth it!
