Our Guide Cody was awesome! He took us to all the cool overlooks! And he sang and played a drum— in his native language.
Most wondrous spiritual experience!

Beautiful landscalep, a very special place to visit! Unfortunately, not a very well prepared tour. Despite the unseasonably cold, cloudy and windy weather, our "Sunset Tour" was not cancelled. We were driven at a high speed and without any plastic covers on the sides of a truck (unlike other touring companies had). The wind was terrible, sometimes I had to close my eyes to avoid it. Everyone was holding on to their hats in order for these hats not to be blown away in two seconds! Also, the guide (named Wayne) did not talk much, he could have made our tour so much better by providing more historic details or just describing his tribe's present life. Instead, any facts regarding the tribe or natural surroundings were prompted by the visitors' questions. The most interesting part of the tour was when Wayne sang us a tribal song. He could not explain what was it about, all he said that it was a travelling song. I suggest the Simpsons company gets itself younger and better speaking English guides for the future tours.
Awesome Tour

Informative and interesting guide Amory. Was fun driving in the 4 X 4 to places off the beaten track and hearing stories about Navajo life. Even the younger children were kept occupied on the Tour. Thanks also for the great photos Amory
Unbelievable

Incredible Monument Valley

Our party of three had a really great 4-hour tour of Monument Valley! At times what we saw seemed like an artist rendition rather than the works of nature! Many of the Monuments resembled humans, animals or things like a totem pole and some had petroglyphs. We also learned that many of them and their surrounding areas had been in well-known movies involving major movie stars. How water, wind, heat & cold created such majestic Monuments with pillared & smooth edges, holes, domes and varied colors is simply amazing. Our guide, Tony, was very good in providing details, some relevant Navajo cultural aspects, and an excellent demonstration with sand and water on how the Monuments were formed. We were surprised when he and another guide played Navajo music in what was similar to a colorful bandshell of the Big Hogan Monument. This tour of Monument Valley with a great guide made for a very special experience that far exceeded anything we could imagine just driving through it!
Wonderful experience

Guide très sympa. La visite en 4*4 n’est pas la même que celle de la route qu’on peut faire seul en SUV ou 4*4
