Not worth it.

While we were able to access parts of the valley that are not accessible by a FWD car, there was no live narration of the tour as we went on the truck. We did see the speakers on other companies’ trucks.
Great day in the winter

We had a wonderful host. She provided her Indian name and I can not remember her name. Her brother was named Tony and he was on another tour which lead to some fun. I mention her brother to provide identification for her because she was great. She knew all about the park but also was great in sharing her culture. She shared stories from three generations and neighbors she had known all her life. It was fascinating to see people living within this culture and tradition in 2022.
You will see all the shapes that have been identified and will encourage you to find images that she does not see. Great person and great guide. Beautiful park. I highly recommend the tour and wish I had her name again. She can not accuse me of being sexist since she told me the Navaho people were a matriarchal society
Great experience

Beauty Above Me, Beauty Below Me, Culture Surrounds Me

I loved Marjorie as our guide with Navajo Tours. She taught us so much about the land and the culture. We were fortunate enough to see how Navajo rugs are woven...omg, so much work, spinning and making the thread from the sheep hair.
Of course, the monuments themselves are breathtaking, and the open shuttle tour made us feel part of it all. Thank you to the Navajos, but not 'good-bye'....go on the tour, you'll get it.
Best tour ever!!

We had THE BEST tour guide, Larry Team!! He was phenomenal. So knowledgeable, kind and friendly! He made us feel like friends not visitors. Worth twice the price!!

This place is gorgeous. Our guide Larry Team was amazing. He shared so much knowledge and history. I am humbled by the beauty of the land, the kindness of the people and the culture. Not only did the tour take us through the natural monuments but also the life of the people. Effie showed us how she crafts inspriring loomed tapestries. There is handmade crafts and lovely jewelry for purchase throughout. We almost missed this part of our traveling due to Covid and am so thankful the land opened up to tourists again in July so we could have this experience.
Monument Valley Tour

Went on a group tour of Monument Valley. The group leader was born in the Valley and provided a very informative tour, giving us a history of the valley and answering all our questions. He even brought us to an amptheater like grotto where he played an indian flute. with the valley a a background, you could almost feel the presence of their ancestors.
Roz was the best!!!

The tour was excellent and would not have been the same without Roz. She was patient with two old people like us, and the tour was thorough
Thank you, Roz.
