The guided tour does access locations not accessible by private cars, and of course, their vehicle handled the rough and dusty roads better.

This was one of the best tours we've taken. It covered quite a lot of locations. Our tour operator Toney was fantastic very informative and funny. He took his time and made sure we understood every location and its meaning. He also shared some personal information the was very interesting. It was well worth the money. Highly recommended.

This tour exceeded our expectations. It was a very chilly morning but we were in a warm, dry vehicle with heated seats. Our guide, Bobby, was excellent. He taught us a lot about the history of the area and the Navajo people. We went off the main loop track and saw formations and petroglyphs that you would never see without being on tour. We even saw fragments of pottery scattered around various sites. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone with a half a day to take it all in and be humbled by this ancient land.

We took the tour of Monument Valley. Our guide Toney was fantastic. We spent 3 of the 4 plus hours in the non public area of the park. He even sang a Navajo song his grandmother taught him for us.

Amazing formations but meeting point directions need to be more clearly explained

The tour was amazing and the formations were fantastic. Our guide (Duffy) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and had lots of stories to share. Finding where to meet was a total pain. the address shown on the booking information did not work with our GPS which tried to direct us to some dead end dirt track. We tried to ring and left a message BUT NOBODY CALLED BACK. Once we eventually got proper directions to the View Hotel we still had no idea where to find our tour as there were several "guided tour operators" located around the car park. The outcome was that we were a bit late when we finally found our guide and almost missed the tour.

Still, however, occasionally, some of our customers can get confused or turned around. In our area, we do recommend only using Google Maps, which we know is reliable. Other GPS system, especially those in rental cars have been know to mislead people as much as 10 miles in our area. I am sorry to we were not able to take a call from you and we did not return your voice message. Occasionally, all our staff are helping with tours and we are not able to answer a call. Totally worth it!

Duffy was an amazing tour guide. He was fun and interactive, taking some unique pictures of the couples that were on this tour. We stopped at some phenomenal formations that you would not see without taking the tour. Totally recommend taking this Navajo tour to hear about their culture, to see a hogan and hear some of their ways of living.

Monument Valley has unbelievable scenery. Our tour guide, Duffy, was wonderful. We were able to understand some of the Navajo customs, traditions & way of life. Duffy was very professional, calm and fun. He loves his people and we adored him! We highly recommend taking the 3.5 hr tour thru the backroad areas of Monument Valley. We will never forget our trip. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Majestic. Nature is her own artist.
