Wine tours rule especially with a good driver!

We went on a tour of Napa wineries. The company sent me a list of suggestions to pick from. It was super helpful. Our driver Edward was wonderful. He shared information about the area and suggested cool places to stop. Our favorite winery was Stag's Leap. I don't think you can go wrong at any of the wineries. I can't wait to go back.

The experience was amazing. 1st the bad. We had never been to the region before and you have to book your own wine tasting experiences. You have to spend a lot of time researching and choosing your own places to visit. They should recommend the most popular spots and narrow down your options as there are over 300 to choose from. I highly recommend you go to the Castle. Make that #1! I would also recommend Chandon, even though we missed our early appointment. It’s super popular as well. You won’t get more than 3 or 4 tasting sites in 1 day and that’s pushing it when you mix in lunch. The good… Our driver Kyle, was absolutely the best. He not only got us to the right places, he made each experience unique and fun. He even personally found us when he couldn’t contact us due to bad cell service to make sure we were happy and keep us on track. Taking a private car is the way to go and hopefully you get a driver line Kyle.

You were able to enter all of your wine preferences, choose top destination/wineries and more via our online customization platform. Within 12 hrs , You received a fully customized itinerary , based on your preferences with time stamps for each stop. Itinerary contained alternative wineries, lunch options, and more. You were able to click on the winery's link in the itinerary, choose and pre-pay your tasting options. It takes less than 15 sec. - AS it was explained prior and during, In order to avoid misunderstandings, we don't make wine tasting reservations on the client's behalf, for the following reasons: 1. Each winery has several tasting options. 2. Credit Card companies often flag and block third party transactions processed on the client's behalf. 3. Credit / Refund may be issued by the winery if bottles of wine are purchased. - We are always happy to answer all of your questions and help to map out the destinations that include relatively inexpensive wine tastings. This does NOT mean that we can manipulate tasting costs at any wineries you choose. We had an amazing time at the wineries but your driver was awful. Talking about how beautiful the women were that he used to work with, talked about being in the south and feeling like he needed to speak more simply to the people there (we are from the south), and finally brought up his view on politics. The drive turned into a ted talk that we definitely would not pay to do again.
