John was the best! He picked us up at our hotel on time and catered to our every need throughout the day, including getting us set up for a 2 hr Pompeii tour by his sister, Grace (who was also awesome - what a great family!) He did a great job stopping at various places along the way to let us enjoy the view and take photos. He also gave us a lot of color about the sights along the way and was just a joy to be with throughout the day. He dropped us off in time for our departure at the train station. Would highly recommend to anyone and will hit up John again next time we're here!

We enjoyed our drive alongside the amalfi coast with Carmine as our guide and driver. The minibus Mercedes benz was very comfortable yet sleek enough to zigzag safely on the narrowest passages of 163 route. The route that was originally built by the ancient Romans! Carmine’s itinerary started with taking us to Ravello, a famous summer classical music festival, Where you can find a store named Klingsor and a hotel named “Parsifal” - for those Wagner fans, take a note! Next stop was Amalfi- touristy as expected, and an interesting crowd to watch. The cathedral of santa andrea not to be missed. Lemon delight cake should be included as well. Last stop , in Positano, we saw this fascinating vertical city, full of lemons and everything lemon color or lemon tasting is in this city. Carmine was very accommodating, a charming, knowledgeable guide. I felt very safe being in his car. We would never attempt driving those roads ourselves.

We had a fantastic day with Francesco as our driver and guide. He was very knowledgable about the area of Naples and the Amalfi Coast and was very friendly and easy to talk to. We all felt very safe being driven around the narrow roads of the Amalfi Coast. The car itself was comfortable and the air conditioning was great as it was an extremely hot day! I would highly recommend this tour as a great way to see the Amalfi Coast in a day. The times were good and suitable for cruise ship passengers. We left at 8am and were returned to our ship by 16.30 giving us ample time before gangway up. Thanks again from the Inns family. 😊

Francesco and Carmine were very knowledgeable and informative. But just 1 hour in city is too short. I would have preferred to visit just 2 and have more time in each.

Someday we will return to the Amalfi Coast

What a wonderful experience to visit three villages along the Amalfi Coast. Our guide Francisco was so friendly and accommodating, and the like-new MB van was spacious for us 4 adults to enjoy the sights along the way. We first stopped at Ravello and shopped for Limoncello and ceramics. Then we had an hour stop in bustling Amalfi, and in hindsight, would have preferred staying longer for shopping and a lunch break. We moved on to a two-hour stop in Positano where there were fewer restaurants and shops. However, that was the place for a beach outing if you so desire and the views were incredible. We learned so much about the region from Francisco who was a wealth of knowledge and proud of his home territory. We were fortunate to visit three picturesque villages compared to other times of the year when traffic is heavier. We highly recommend Pompei Car Service for personal service and excellent driving on those narrow winding roads!

Wonderful Private Tour of Amalfi

My family and I loved our private tour of the Amalfi Coast. Our guide was humorous and knowledgable, and offered lots of historic and cultural information. We saw Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. Having the flexibility to make random stops for pictures was worth the extra cost of doing a private tour. Our favorite was Positano. If we could go back, I would probably spend 30 more minutes there and less time in Ravello (just personal preference).

Our tour of the Amalfi coast was beautiful, we only had a day trip as we came on a cruise from Naples port. Our guide gave us just the right amount of time in each place to see what we liked at a leisurely pace, and timed everything perfectly such that we got back to our cruise ship in time. He was passionate and enthusiastic and a great driver, and we had a thoroughly superb day. If we go back to Naples/Sorrento for a tour, we'd definitely book with this company again. Thank you!

We were given a wonderful tour of Ravello, Positano and Amalfi with plenty of stops for photos and a Limincello tasting. Our tour guide Amedeo went above and beyond with stopping at a vineyard to get us grapes, Providing us with cold water after a hot climb and not worrying about the allotted time but being sure to get us back to our ship on time 5 stars Jack From Michigan

Francesco exceeded all our expectations! He picked us up at the port and had us back right on time. We visited Ravello, Amalfi, and Positano and had plenty of time at all places. We also toured along the Amalfi coast. He was extremely knowledgeable, fun and made our visit to the unforgettable! I would recommend not only this tour but Francesco very highly!
