The pick-up service is guaranteed from the established meeting-points in Naples and surrounding cities. Please provide us your accomodation details, in order to establish the meeting-point. In case of not specified accommodation details, the pick-up will be in Naples at 8.00 am at the entrance of the Star Hotel Terminus. Here is the exact address: Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi 91, Naples.

My favorite part of the trip was the excursion around the island of Capri seeing the geological formations. If you like shopping and the tourist experience, then visiting the island itself is for you. Our hosts, Salvatore and Marlena were helpful and available to answer questions and guide us when needed.

This was a great day trip from Naples for me, my mom and three sisters (ages 22-57). The hotel pickup location that we selected was a short 10 minute walk from our hotel, and the shuttle ran on time. Logistics were fairly clear and simple, although we felt a little rushed for our free time on the island to see AnaCapri (use the chairlift) and Capri while making it back to the marina in time for our swimming departure. If we hadn’t chosen the swimming option, I’m sure we would have found it to be plenty of time on the island. The swimming part was lovely. A separate boat took us for a tour around the island - stopping to see grottos and arches - before stopping for a 15-20 min dip in the sea. The water was wavy and a little rough, but the perfect temperature to enjoy. Overall it was a long day. We caught our shuttle at 7:30am, returning back to the same drop-off point at about 6-6:30pm. The boat(s) and Island were all very busy with lots of people, so it was important to listen carefully and follow instruction. The blue buses on the island run very frequently between the 3 main stops, so do not fret about navigating the island. We bought the transit pass and chairlift pass together. Lastly, they’ll try to sell you water on the boat en route to the island for 1€. It’s worth buying some if you didn’t bring enough - we couldn’t find refill fountains and everything was quite expensive.

Lovely way to visit Capri

Lovely day trip to Capri. Swimming in the sea was lovely plus time to eat lunch and take chairlift to see the sights. Tour guides were enthusiastic and helpful. Marlene was great leader and Christian on the boat was a sweetheart and helped with those who were afraid of the sea !

First of all, our guide, Marlene was absolutely fantastic, she shared a lot of tips, stories and own experience on the way to the island. It was a stunning trip, and I am on the opinion that everyone should visit Capri once in a lifetime. (PS. Best Caprese salad I have ever tried)

I would not recommend it to anybody because it was too expensive for such a trip. There was no social distancing at all, or people didn't wear there masks on board. By the way on board, we felt like being with 100 people on board instead of a small group of people. Consequently, it has been too much money for a disappointing day. In detail: We didn't have a seat to sit down the one-hour-trip to Capri, then we were taken with others tourists on a huge boat to the grottoes without having a chance to look inside. We were so sorry for that money that we lost on this day.

You have reserved a tour for the price of €79,00 per person, this tour includes the pick-up from the Hotel to the port, the boat transfer to/from Capri, the tour around the island for the visit of the grottos and the attractions of the coast, free time on the island of 4 hours and english speaking assistant on board. I think that the price is not expensive at all, cosidering that from Naples to Capri for the normal ferry service, that takes more than 500 people, you spend €42,00 per person =) Regarding the number of people on board , you have travelled with us in very high season and the people travelling at this time of the year are are more than usual. Secondly, we have follwed anti COVID regulations,. Like all shipping lines, which operate in the region Campania, we abide by Decree 65 of Campania Region of the 6th of August. This decree defines the possibility to carry on board 100% of the number of passengers for which the boat is approved, as long as the temperature is measured before boarding and that the passengers are wearing a mask. We booked for this tour and it was an amazing experience. They picked us up in Napoli and we arrived to villa favorita's port where we took a boat . The view was magnificent, we saw all the beauties in Capri and at the end we have free time to explore Capri . It was lovely, i want to doit again.

It was absolutely the best day of my stay in Naples. I have been picked up and dropped off from by Airbnb in Ercolano. The boat tours was amazing, although Capri is really crowded during this period, on board there was a lot of space to move and catch nice pictures.Marlene our tour leader was nice and accommodating. Good value for money!

Premesso che i ragazzi a bordo non hanno nessuna colpa, questa escursione non la consiglierei a nessuno, prezzo esagerato per un'imbarcazione di 300 persone come capienza, cosa che andrebbe ben specificata nella descrizione, altrimenti le aspettative superano enormemente la realtà..... Ho fatto escursioni simili in Italia da nord a sud e all'estero, posso permettermi di dire che qualità prezzo molto scarso.

Gentile Liana, Ci dispiace che l'escursione non si stata degna delle sue aspettative. E' sempre un dispiacere leggere delle brutte recensioni. Tuttavia vorrei fare alcune precisazioni, le nostre imbarcazioni non ospitano 300 persone, ma le nostre imbarcazioni vanno da una capienza massima di 70 a 160 persone (dipende dalla tipologia di imbarcazione) con l'80% di posti a sedere all'aperto. Lei ha prenotato un tour che prevede la traversata di andata e ritorno, il giro dell'isola per la visita delle Grotte e dei Faraglioni e 4 ore di tempo libero per visitare l'isola via terra e accompagnatore a bordo. l nostro tour ha un costo di €79,00 a persona, oltre al transfer in minivan dall'alloggio a Napoli per il porto di partenza, la traversata di a/r in barca per Capri, comprende anche il giro dell'isola e accompagnatore a bordo. Se considera che il traghetto di a/r Napoli - Capri per 500 persone ha un costo di €45,00 circa, riteniamo che il nostro tour sia più che conveniente. Cordiali saluti Maria
