The boat trip is an absolute must do as part of this, plus don't miss Amalfi Cathedral.

Optional boat tour at the end was fun and payment was required in cash for that to the botat operator.

We were given the opportunity to join the Amalfi Coast Cruise at an additional cost, which was enjoyable, but a swim in the beautiful beach would have added that extra WOW to the entire day!

This has been the best tour of our entire trip. Luigi, our tour guide was amazing. He is an archeologist by profession so the details he covered about every place were very insightful. More than that he is a great story teller the way he was explaining about food and history of Sorrento, Positano, Piearno and Ravello kept us interested the whole time. We were lucky that day as me and my wife were the only 2 people on the trip and after 3 days of rain in Italy we were lucky to have nice sunny weather during our tour to Amalfi. Would recommend this tour to everyone especially if your Guide is Luigi. He is fun and would not tell u about history of a place but also history of food (which is absolutely great). Forgot to mention the little place where we had our lunch was simple and fresh. We are vegetarians so they took care of that as well.

Tiziana & Lino were wonderful. Great tour!!! It’s a long one, so be ready for an all day adventure. I suggest doing the tour with lunch included. I couldn’t post pics but you’ll want to see this in person. It’s GORGEOUS and worth it. Do it.

Would go again, loved the guide and his jokes and taste in music, and the places we visited were all gorgeous!

Great guide, safe travels on roads that at least to me who hasn't been in the area before seemed pretty scary and great pick of locations to visit. It would have been nice if we could have chosen our own lunch but that is the only minus I can think of, since the lunch that was included was pretty nice.

One of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Connie was amazing. My wife and daughter are from Colombia and Connie made sure that she explained all the information in Spanish as well. She was extremely knowledgeable on on all the places we visited. The driver Mario was very professional and very safe. 5 stars ⭐️ all around.

Beautiful scenery, well organized, and fun! This is a great and convenient way to see Amalfi. Do the boat part as well. Sandra was a wonderful and knowledgable guide, and Giovanni was a good driver. I really appreciated that they picked me and my mother up close to our Air BnB as well. All in all a great day.

First off- Amato and Luca made the day spectacular ! Luca was a great driver going through the winding roads of Amalfi. The bus was clean, safe and air conditioned. Amato was a great guide! He was willing to help, answer questions and didn’t rush you as you enjoy the city. The boat tour was awesome, it was an hour but perfect to see the entire town from a different view. We got lunch and then had an hour to wander around the shops. Novello was awesome an awesome place to see. They picked us up promptly and was dropped off at around 5-5:15. This was such a great experience, would recommend it for anyone!

Oopps a snag but still great!

The tour was great and informational. Arianna's amazing but giving it a 4 star as we hit a snag going to the tour. Our van broke down and it took about an hour waiting for another bus to arrive so there's the wasted time of waiting. Due to this, we didn't experience the highlight lunch as we need to compromise lunch (was provided with sandwiches in the bus instead) to visit the scheduled places. It rained a bit but still, Arianna and the driver got us back on time, provided us ample time on our own and we still managed to enjoy it.

We spent over 4h in the bus with two 10 minutes breaks where we couldnt see absolutely nothing. Promised lunch with a view - had no view at all, we were squezed inside and the service took over an hour. We had in total except the boat tour 15 min in Amalfi before we moved further to have 50 minutes in Ravello. We spent a day to be rushed and to not see anything from the coast. Not worth the time and money. Terrible experience.

Overall the trip was nice and Francesco was nice travel guide! I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is because after a long ride from Napoli to Almafi I were expected to be a longer time to walk around the main Street, enjoy the small beach, and choose my own place to sit and eat. The small VIP with boat includes pasta and small salad. I did like the flavors, but won’t fit for people that are on special diet. In the restaurant they located us on special designated areas for our group that was a bit hot and the people who runs this restaurant weren’t pleasant.

High priced taxi service - NOT a tour!

While we were excited to book this tour, we were very disappointed with this experience. While it was advertised as a "VIP group tour", it was merely an expensive taxi service. The driver was by no means a tour guide, with very broken English and he did not provide any local information during the drive other than trying to answer the few questions we asked along the way. Even those were difficult to hear/interpret given he was driving, so the entire party could not hear him. As for the stops, he merely dropped us off without providing any helpful guidance or information on what to see, etc. Additionally, we did not receive a full tour. While our cruise ship arrival was delayed, departure was extended, so seemingly no reason for a shorter tour. We did not see Poisitano at all, and lunch in Conca dei Marini was disappointing with a very unfriendly waitstaff and underwhelming, bland dishes compared to what we saw served to other diners. We advised the tour operator about our experience, but no response was provided. Given the price of this "VIP tour" for our party of 5, you're better off just hiring a validated tour guide. Do better, Viator!

Great day trip! They picked us up from our cruise port and drove us to amalfi where we got to enjoy some free time. We then took a boat ride (best part of the day) to see the coast. On the boat they had nice Italian music playing and gave us Prosecco. Only have four stars because the lunch was really rushed. Not enjoyable at all. After lunch we went to ravello but didn’t get to see the gardens since we were rushed. Not the companies fault since we were on a timeline but I would recommend to do just one town on the coast of you have limited time and definitely do not skip the boat ride!! Service was excellent our driver and guide were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Tour management could be better

The trip itself was alright but had a variety of issues that were caused my the tour company. First, I had opted for pick up from my Airbnb and had confirmed the pickup for 8am. On the day at 8am I had a call asking where I was as the guide was waiting for me at the archaeological museum and my pick up was 7:50. Apparently they had messaged me via Viator to confirm this but I’d not received it. My confirmation and tickets on viator all said 8am from the street my Airbnb was. I spoke to two people at the office. One woman and one man. The woman was helpful and kind. The man simply argued with me and said if I do not get to the museum in ten minutes I will be a no show. Lucky it was a matter of a few minutes walk. When I got there there was no guide or bus. Another phone call to the office and they got in touch with the driver / guide and I was picked up. I’d booked an English tour but there was a couple on the tour who appeared not to speak English. Much of what the guide said in English she repeated in Italian for them. I had booked the VIP small group tour with boat trip. As we were approach amalfi where the boat trip started, the guide announced to the bus that I and one other party had not booked the tour with the boat included, and did we want to pay to go on it too. Both the other party and I quickly showed our confirmations which said boat tour included. This was sorted after a call to the office and the guide said the office had not updated her tour sheet. Overall, the tour itself is good. Particularly if you want to see multiple sights in one day and you don’t have own transport. If you want to casually stroll the coastal towns you may prefer to pick a tour which just visits one location as on this one you are progressed along swiftly. With a couple of 45 minute stops.

Worth the money tour

It was good to have a shuttle bus to take us around the coast. Small group so more efficient. Our tour guide was very professional and kind. Lunch with pasta and alcohol was better than expected. Not sure if the tour should be longer, but we were back to city before 4:00PM. If you don't have transportation, this is what you should use for sightseeing.

I signed up for a small VIP tour but was informed 12 hours prior I was rebooked on a larger group. I didn't have a choice but to go on since I had no other options. the people in my group were late so we ended up having to rush to the next destination and ultimately rush to come back to the city so they could get on their train. I'm kind of disappointed since the day before I did the capri tour where everything went well. the boat ride in amalfi coast was only 25 minutes and was very disappointing. definitely will not join a big tour for sure.

Booked the small VIP with a boat tour. It was a group of 28…and also did not get to sit by the person I traveled with the entirety of the trip on the bus like 4ish hours. Was a hot mess with folks and seats on the bus. The guide was not much help when it came to this. The driver was great (Johnny) as the roads are wild. Amalfi coast is definitely worth seeing though.
