Horrible description and coordinate of tour

Horrible description and coordinate of what the tour is actually about and the details. It states from the time the pick up in front of star hotel terminus. To receive an email the day before, after the 24 hour window to cancel for a refund is over, to let you know that it may a bus stop, on the other side of the hotel. All the tickets were email the day before, when I was already in Italy with limited WiFi. No one was there to at least present us with the tickets, instructions or show how the day would be.
Half day tour isn't nearly enough

There had been heavy rain for the last couple of days which meant that the Vesuvius park was closed. The tour company reached out and we agreed to postpone the trip a couple of days. When I could not delay any longer, they said that I could either have the same Pompeii guided tour with no refund, or I could have a full day at Pompeii with no guide and no refund. I opted for the former - we paid for a full day and got no refund. The tour guide was interesting and spoke good English. Understandable and knowledgeable, he spent three hours leading our group of about 12 through several of the more interesting parts of Pompeii. There's obviously a lot to see here and three hours doesn't do it justice but it was useful to have a guide. The pickup and return to our hotel went smoothly with a good driver in a comfortable 7-seat Mercedes van. I understand that weather impacts things and that's out of anyone's control, but a full day is a full day, not a half day.
Pompeii is amazing. Do it on your own

This wasn’t the actual trip. I was notified before that the excursion of hiking was cancelled due to inclement weather despite being sunny and 55. The Mountain weather was different I was told. So I selected the option to do a guided Pompeii. Pompeii itself is one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen. I recommend it to anyone visiting. It’s a must see. However, I recommend you do your own audio tour and explore on your own because unfortunately our guide was useless. We booked an English speaking tour and the gentlemen clearly spoke very poor English. He answered our questions with clearly incorrect statements not even CLOSE to the question. I Ended up walking around not even listening and taking my own photos and enjoying the sights the city had to offer, which was amazing

An unmarked dark mini van picked us up in a small sketchy ally. It took a while to find the driver who had a tiny handwritten sign with our name. Vesuvius did not happen and if I did not ask if we need to bring lunch noone sent an email to inform us. Instead they brought us to Herculaneum .It was worth seeing. We really signed up for this trip for Vesuvius . There is no tourguide either so basically you are just getting a bus ride to both sites. Not worth the money!

Overall - not worth the money. Its good that all is organized for you, but thats all. The trip started off bad, we catched a bus and it was so crowded we had to stand. They use a bus company called Tramvia (the bus ticket costs 35€). There was no hotel pickup and the group of people was very big. We got to Pompeii and there was no info how to use our skip the line ticket. On our way to Vesuvio we had to change buses. On our way back there was like a safari bus, which made the experience much better.

We booked a trip to do both Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius in a day. The organiser was very informative sending meeting details and tickets 24 hours in advance. Our driver made contact first thing in the morning to introduce himself and confirm meeting arrangements. The driver was very friendly and we felt relaxed in his company. He was very organised, gave us plenty of time to see the sights and was prompt in picking us up for the next destination. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this experience to other travellers.

Too expensive for pickup and tickets. Not well organized. Mess with vouchers. No guide included. No info that if guides is needed you need documents with you to purchase.

Professional,courteous driver; collected on time in a comfortable minibus. Enjoyed the trek up Vesuvius, best done in closed, gripping shoes/trainers. May be challenging for some but well worth the views. Had two hours in Pompeii; fascinating, could have spent all day walking around. You may want longer.

Our trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius was excellent and we loved the experience of going there. Unfortunately the trip was completely overpriced. We paid 360 for 4 people, entry tickets to both places all in was 108 so paying 250 for transportation is completely unacceptable, no guided tour no lunch provided. Our driver was lovely. we just have big problem with the overcharging for the tour .

Our trip was well organised, we spent a wonderful day with exploring Mount Vesuvius and the ruins of Pompeii. The people at Napoli Official Tours was extremely helpful. We just arrived to Naples in the morning and upon request they even provided us airport pick-up to make our departure much easier. Everything went smoothly. The weather was beautiful, we had enough time to visit both sights conveniently. It was just a fantastic day and I couldn't recommend it more!

Tour extremadamente caro para lo que se ofrece. Vehículos Tranvía ruinosos y sobre todo falta de información. Hay que canjear el ticket digital en taquilla y si no lo llevas impreso la funcionaria se enfada muchísimo. En Pompeya no me entraba la guía y me pedían 150€ por contratar una guía, después de lo que llegue a pagar por este Tour. Te hacen cambiar 2 veces de tranvía y otras 2 al volver. En el Vesubio la guía no nos atendió porque no estaba. Mejor vayan por su cuenta y no contraten este Tour. La subida al Vesubio no merece la pena.

Excursion réservé pour une journée avec visite de Pompéi le matin et du Vésuve l’après-midi. Seulement 2h laissées par le voyagiste pour visiter Pompéi, beaucoup trop court ! Bonne prise en charge néanmoins, dommage que la journée se termine À 15h30, elle aurait pu être davantage optimisée.

Zu teuer für nur Taxi und Eintritt. Audioguide in Pompeji kostet 8€ und bietet recht wenig Infos. Zeitdruck ist auch belastend. Nächstes mal lieber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel statt insgesamt 208€ für 2 Personen im Taxi. Guide am Vesuv ist sowieso im Eintritt inkludiert.

Grundsätzlich war es sehr gut. Alles hat pünktlich geklappt, der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Leider haben wir uns überreden lassen nach dem Besuch auf dem Vesuv noch Mittagessen zu gehen. Das hat uns so viel Zeit gekostet dass wir nur 2Stunden anstelle der 3h in Pompeji hatten. 2 Stunden sind definitiv viel zu wenig. Das war sehr Schade.
